Hmmm...which came first, the chicken or the egg? Did benefits to single moms create fathers who "can't be bothered to set up family", or, did fathers who can't be bothered to set up family help create the need for benefits to single moms?
Gotta blame someone....isn't just so easy for each gender to point the finger at the other, when in reality, every single situation may be different?
