Question Family Justice and a whole lot more!

    World4Justice : NOW! Lobby Forum.

Inspired origionaly by Guido Fawkes I embarked some time ago on a political blog to complement my Campaigning blog and archieve site which you can access by clicking the message bottom left. I have today published my 245th item titled
Childhood : Scraping our knees and eating dirt!

I have departed slightly from the Family Justice theme but I am sure many of you will have a view on other issues I have raised here!

Did Social Services negligence lead to PC’ s death?

Tragic Pc told police he was 'OK' - UK News - MSN News UK
I know this will be controversial so I will make it clear from the start my sympathies lie with the families of those killed and injured by the actions of Raoul Moat someone who was known as a bully and abuser and who in the end his own family said he would be better off dead!

My concerns stem from experiences gleaned in my research into Family Justice and the actions of our Social Services. When you learn of families being split up and children being forced into irreversible care and the devastation caused in Family Court by a snap shot report which, due to the secrecy, is unchallengeable and damage is being done to our young each and every day.

Northumberland Social services and in fact all our nations Social Services should reflect on their role in this and similar cases as many of us who have fallen fowl to their heavy handed and all too often unjust methods lead to anger outrage only masked by our heartache but rarely does that anger manifest into the behaviour witnessed here by Moat’s actions. Instead we keep silent or in my case publish it in the form of a blog. I have all too often wondered why a parent, more often a dad but occasionally a mother will take their own lives but even more tragically the lives of their own children rather then share contact with the alternative parent, and it is this mind set akin to Moats that needs to be explored and some how anticipated when these so called professionals come to deal with them!

How far do they think they (SS) can push a person before they break?

eGov monitor | The Information Daily In a week when the Deputy Prime Minister announced £22m funding to allow school teachers psychological training so they can recognise mental health issues in children from the age of 5 to 16, ( Once again Gov.UK comes at it from the wrong end) So should the recognised annalists at social services determine if it is safe to stop supervised visits or other controlled access to borderline cases such as Moat or indeed if he or others like him do pose a significant risk, as telephone recordings released following his death seemed to indicate even to this lay observer, then maybe he should have been constrained or treated for the mental health issues he clearly displayed. Many good caring and perfectly sane parents lose contact with their children just on a whimsical suggestion from a court reporter whilst truly threatening parents slip through the net.

To this end I would strongly recommend that the Social Services and indeed the Police should come under scrutiny as to be fit for purpose and should they be trained as it is proposed our teachers are to be to deal with mental health in the domestic arena?

An easy way to demonstrate what I am getting at in the case of a man such as Raoul Moat consider the character depicted in the Micheal Douglas film ‘Falling Down’. At the beginning of the film it is clear he is agitated but at that point he had not done any crime or harm to anyone and having lost contact with his young daughter after separation and his job. Right up till he enters the Army & Navy Store he is perceived as the victim. The turning point came when the bigoted owner spouts an anti Semitic rant at him that ‘D fens’ finally cracks and shoots the shop owner in cold blood. The question for me is at what point should this man have been reached and the probable out come including his own ‘suicide’ at the end be prevented?

Social services are not about democracy. I thinks its near impossible to change social services by democratic pressure . It is an ideology, produced by some professors - it is a technocracy.

They will make mistakes - and their attitude is "so what, three's plenty more people to experiment on" and they are preared to sacrifice a few people as they might find solutions to help many others.

In other words, they are a law unto themselves, and only a revolution will change something in that area.

Forget about the Arab Spring, get on an get an English Spring.
The greatest enemy of the truth is very often not the deliberate lie - but the persistent, persuasive and unrealistic myth that the lie creates

Roal Moat had some issues with the SS that were a lot to do with his anger if I recall correctly..
