The campaign has launched a campaign No To Secret Courts, and whilst it was not directly in relation to our call for Family Justice reforms it seems that now there is a new impetus in public awareness of the injustices being perpetrated behind closed doors it seems appropriate that we give a concerted push and lobby those concerned and entice the Daily Mail to make this their headline cover story!

E-mail a brief comment of your experiences as to why secret family courts should be opened up to press and public scrutiny and send them to the Daily Mail and others you feel should be made aware of this campaign using the links below to be passed to the press politicians and other interested parties regularly till something happens…BIG TIME!

I love how the woman heckling is met by respectful silence by the audience... Yet, when someone speaks out in a feminist group setting, they tend to be met by hateful jeers and rantings from the pro-feminist audience members.

Davy, ALL FOR IT ! Anything is better than what we have now. My ex's very damaging psych report prepared just two days prior to hearing was SUPPRESSED, never submitted to court at all (i saw it after) and my two kids, having been scared & intimidated into silence by their mother just prior to seeing Judge in chambers, SAID NOTHING AT ALL either and he did nothing but complain about it?

When I tried to volunteer "kids are being political" both lawyers turned to silence me as well!

Yes when I was sent for psyco analise my report showed my ex was acting like Maunchausens syndrome but suddenly became in admissable whilst it was clear if it had been reversed it would have proved useful, as was a letter from my now wife;s ex husband comending me as step dad of his daughter also was not admissable !!??!!

a hallmark of totalitarian regimes which pepetrate bastardry on hapless citizens are such courts festooning its victims with prejudged verdicts - is it 30 years in the Gulags or a mental hospital for reeducation or merely just kidnapping a man's children sequestering his assets and future earnings or just whatever it pleases!

such so called courts are star chambers of the Stalinist ilk and are an evil

Things have been "happening" for at least a decade D1.. Those "things" are almost at 0.0001 on the percentage effectiveness rating so I guess thats an improvement on the 10% hope they had 6 years ago.. Hang on.. Maybe not!
