I recently stumbled upon this reopened site Veehd
It has other content such as tv, music, comedy etc. Practically all the movies are DivX quality and they buffer quicker than any other similar site I've used. I recently watched 2012, Terminator Salvation and Law Abiding Citizen, and the picture was excellent (DVD quality). You'll need to download the DivX web player to view the films.
Also, if you want to keep the films - let the movie play to the very end (make sure the bar has reached the far right) and then click back on main film link, then go to the temp downloaded file in your DivX folder (in 'My Videos') rename it and move it to another folder. The reason is, the next time you click on another film to view - the DivX folder is automatically cleaned and the content is lost.

These movie sites get around the legal stuff by hosting their servers abroad.
Another good download facility is the SpeedBit Video Downloader http://212.143.22.70/svd2.exe It incorporates itself into your toolbar and flashes when you can download a movie after buffering it (great for downloading porn from tube sites
