Just so you know, not that it likely interests anyone LOL, but today I had my BIG interview with Immigration Services. We went in with billions of photocopies, hundreds of documents, all sorts of everythings you can imagine. I am not joking when I say that my laptop case AND my wife's laptop case were BOTH full to the brim with immigration documents, pictures, certificates, permits, the lot! They were choc-a-block.

We walked into the office. The man told us we had to swear to tell the truth, we did. He asked if we had a birth certificate for our Daughter. We handed it him. He then said: "ok, you're accepted."
That was it.

yeah
"do you have a birth certificate for this little one?"
"yes sir we do"
"can I see it?"
"yes sir"
"I am approving you"
"congratulations little one, you've just gotten your daddy his green card"
Tell me, after spending TONS of time and money making photo copies, NOT TO MENTION the attorney fees.....THAT wouldn't piss you OFF!!!!

But hey, at least it was a breeze and we didn't have to answer any questions that would have tripped us up one way or another...

Ahhh look at that - the google ads are finally becoming more varied in their selections of topics to advertise.

I was under the impression that Fairdame was already a US citizen though... If that is the case, it's not exactly like two illegals coming in, dropping a kid; then claiming said kid as their sponsor. Karl was already here with a legal visa/passport; right??

yeah i am US citizen, karl came over on the visa waiver.....I-94 so I dunno.....we took the backdoor route. So that's actually amazing that we got approved so quick etc.
