Yes, Womens needs are addressed, the only thing considered about the man, when can he start paying child support.
Men’s emotional needs are often interpreted as domestic violence behavior, which shows a gender bias. Take away his family, his spouse, and kick him to the curb, hes going to show a strong emotional tie to his family.
This is why male suicide is so high, in fact, it should be re-classified as MURDER by the state.

In fact men have been sued for wrongful death when a woman has comitted suicide but when a woman does everything in her power to break a man down it is still his fault somehow.
