It's Men's Health Week 2012

I think that everyone should take the time to think about the issue that we almost never seem to get around to talking about; Men's Health.

Men's Health week has come along at an interesting time for me as I have been having some health concerns of my own lately and I’m not even 40 yet. In fact I have an appointment to see a cardiologist in a few weeks and the whole thing scares the shit out of me.

If there is one disease that scares the crap out of me it is Cancer. There are several cancers that we need to bone-up on and I found an interesting mainstream article on the subject that I thought I would post here for others to take a look at.
