I happened to turn the TV on this morning to get the weather forecast on Teletext, there was a discussion on TV One about how women aren't coming forward for breast and cervical cancer tests, and yes, it was on a Maori programme, the new charter here makes sure that "minorities" like Maori (of which I am one btw) women get first priority, when the news has to go out about issues like cancer. Well, women are not taking up the multi-million dollar health services that are thrown at them? Why is it then that such lip service is paid to men here in this country, indeed the world over, when women can pick and choose wether or not they use the FREE health services provided for them. I'm about to shoot an e-mail off to the Ministry of (Womens) Health here, this sucks, mens health doesn't matter a shit here and they wonder why men die so young and we pay the lion share of tax. I'll keep you posted as to the reply, if any, that I recieve. BTW, we never did hear how much Movember raised, perhaps it was thrown into the big pool? It sounds much like a "Save the pussy" program. it's worldwide, and only wimmen matter. I've heard similar ads here in the states Thomas Jefferson once said "It takes time to persuade men to do even what is for their own good." Feminuts are stupid, throw some common sense at them.
