After my umpteen years in the tropics, I have learned to love spiders. Their preferred food is insects that, if not consumed, would pose a threat to human health. The same goes for the rubber-bodied little lizards who wriggle up down the walls and feed on mosquitoes. A house full of spiders and lizards is a happy healthy home.

I tried posting before, but must have hit the wrong button. My son is a huge pacifist and won't kill anything unless necessary. I'm perfectly good with that as long as he takes spiders outside. I don't even mind the webs everywhere; I figure they're killing pests. As long as I don't see them, I'm good. The only exception, I found an egg sac in...

There's a Superwoman a Wonderwoman and chick-flick stars who can wipe out regiments of men without adjusting their bras. But where is Spiderwoman when you need her? :-)

The site is actually older than 9 years.... (Percy?). Karl would certainly know. 2006 was the last update and transfer of the database, or as the weathermen say "since records began".

Here's something that will make it easier to deal with me. I don't do subtle. I say what I mean. When I invited you earlier to try both sites, I meant it, your cherrypicking notwithstanding. You read into that what you like. I'm fascinated to see how you interpret it.

"It is so easy to get men to turn on other men. Especially if the prize is a womans favour." Buy why in the hell would we? If I can't win it on my own merits, I haven't effing won it, have I? Having it handed to me is an empty victory and leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

You are a master of projection. You hear what you want to hear. You go ahead and let me know when you want me to answer questions. Seriously, though Nice Guy's is much more hostile to women that this forum ever has been.

I think that's the risk you run when you give a young person a bundle of money with no guidance or previous training. It's a recipe for disaster, and for a lot of hard lessons to be learned by all. As parents we want to give our children every advantage, but are we really doing them any favors? My children are 22 and 18. I never worried about the...

Could you please explain how you were asked to prove yourself to anyone? Could you explain where you were called "quite honestly and idiot"? Unless you're admitting that you're judging women entirely on their sex, in which case I appreciate your honestly even though you are quite mistaken. Just as I would be mistaken to judge every man based on my...

Jools !! Are you stirring the pot again, or just having difficulty sorting out your thoughts. You know where to find me.
  2. Hey girl, whatever it is, did you get it worked out? People come here and let their emotions run raw because they can, so it gets a little rough at times. Personally I was on the verge of leaving a while back after the site owner himself personally denounced me in a thread (I sort of had it coming). Know what? We settled it, publically, and now he's on my friend list and we like each other's stuff all the time. Shit happens. Hope you stay.
