Feminism is actually good in one way? Is this a joke? War is actually good in one way. It makes us value peace. Slavery is actually good in one way. It makes us value freedom. Silliness! I'm going to have to start giving out negative reputation points again.

You make a good point, but there is already massive opposition both to feminist philosophy and the resulting policies by women. In fact, the beginning of my decoding of feminist dogma came from women. The problem is how the mainstream media and advertising industries, representing a tiny minority of any population, represent feminist memetics (permanent victimhood, the "glass ceiling", "empowerment", etc) as obvious and normal. The good news is how little credibility the MSM is leaving...

Agreed. We're talking about "differences" here - good and bad - not rating people by some universal benchmark that doesn't exist. Yes Dylan, but if we're talking about the mingling of men and women from opposite ends of the word, as we are, then both would need to develop a broader perspective.

All in good fun...you're not the only one. Most of the power held over us by anyone is our own fear. I've discovered a range of responses, from standing up for what's coming to me, to open defiance of what isn't coming to someone else, as a way of dealing with it. I mean, if we're gonna have to be scared anyway, why not face it down?

Yet another study says men have to be recognised as domestic violence victims. The evidence is mounting so strongly in so many countries that feminist will have a hard time trying to maintain their men=violent/women=victim stance. As the evidence mounts that people are violent regardless of gender, people will wonder why they ever believed feminists .. on this or any other issue. That woman is a consistent voice against feminism and PC. She is a journalist and professorial academic. She is reviled by the left because of her articulate and punchy style of demolishing every argument and ridiculous claim the make. Yes, Oz has massive problems with Free Speech. A very senior journalist, Andrew Bolt, was convicted in court for upsetting some aboriginals. He spoke facts but they were upset. He suffered for it. An interesting viewpoint. Germany is probably the strongest country in the world in protecting itself from fascism and yet feminism and fascism have a great deal in common. If the commonality can be grasped by the German people, feminism will die a very quick death in that country.

I don't normally like the confusion of feminism and females that your list implies but it is the case that feminism tends to show up limitations in women more than it does in men. Men have limitations too, of course, but the feminist propaganda against men is so strong that the few true feminine strengths over men are lost in the nonsense. Unless feminism is fought hard by a great deal more women, women will inevitably be painted in a poor light by feminist policies and concepts.

If I have some beliefs in common with a particular group, that does not make me part of that group. I believe that trains should run on time, but I'm not a Nazi. I believe that marriage should be forever, but I'm neither Christian nor Moslem. I believe that male leadership works in most cases but I'm no more a masculinist than I am a feminist. People can have beliefs in some of the same things as feminists without being a feminist. If people get too frightened of believing in something...

I have today noticed that two different members indicate that they don't always log in when visiting the site. Personally, I keep myself logged in, or log in if logged out, every time because of the extra forums ('fora' for the intelligentsia) and facilities available for members. I'm often surprised at how few members appear to visit the site compared to non-members but if many members don't regularly log in, this could be the reason.

Yep, I couldn't watch much of it. There's discipline and there's violence. I have nothing against the principle of (mild) physical smacking but beating up children like this is close to what I went through at times. Even a child knows the difference between discipline and abuse. I don't think this makes misogynists any more than poverty makes thieves. It will certainly help these boys to disbelieve that women are all-perfect godly creatures, though.

Blaming men for feminism is rather feminist. It amazes me how many men on here blame men for so many things. Feminism does exist in Asia. How can Westerners be faulted for viewing Asian culture from a Western perspective? That's our perspective! It's not as if Asians don't view Western culture from an Asian perspective. And scoring higher on tests doesn't make a certain group of people smarter. It makes them better test takers.

  2. I actually have a "Medieval group" if you will. Our Archer is pretty darn good. And she teaches us all the basics, as well as knife throwing. But for a larger, broad shouldered gent such as myself. I completely fell in love with the feel of a broadsword and shield in my hands, and on the flip side I love learning to use skill instead of my size when I use the epee' or Sabre. It makes me lighter on my feet. and gives me a workout I have never been able to match with traditional gym routines, or other cardio. At the end of the day. I will work myself into a horses' lather of sweat because I love it so much lol
  3. Hey, I joined the media group and saw your profile there. How come there's been no discussions? I personally couldn't figure out how to start one but this is a ripe field. Men need more media watchdogs, which is a long-standing tradition of liberal and conservative punditry alike. If we're going to be taken seriously we need to get skilled at picking apart journalists and editors over the techniques they use in their articles. I did some research on propaganda techniques (did you know the US Army Field Manual section on propaganda is a senior source for government agencies on both producing and refuting propaganda?) This is an old and well-developed field of study and men with these ideas like we see here need to catch up in learning how to recognize at the molecular level what propaganda is and how (and why) it works. Maybe we could do a group project on a media piece and post it as a study guide. Please advise.

  6. I will be contacting you shortly via one of the routes you have provided. I am pretty busy at the moment renovating an old house for my daughter and her mom, and I'm pretty broke right now (career in shambles since the crash in '08, know anybody who needs a 30-yr carpenter?) But I have a badass new digital camera, not an expensive one but well-selected in its price range, and maybe we could start talking about content. If I have appeared a little emotionally unstable on this site, guilty as charged. Every day my little girl reminds me with her love and her growth what a good daddy my son is missing out on, which is both uplifting and tormenting. She is my redemption and my pride and joy, but my son has no idea what a wonderful thing we share that he was denied by his mother's crimes.

The Hunter Class

by FloatyBoaty on 10th-February-2013 at 05:00 AM
"Here he comes. That 19 point whitetail I've been watching for the past two months.

The biggest buck in this region. There are two with a larger rack but not as many pounds of muscle. Some say the rack is what is important, others stand on how much meat can be obtained. I say that it is neither individually but rather both together. One is an indicator of dominance and the other demonstrates health.

As the selected deer enters into the "zone" - the region more often referred to as a "shooting lane" - my awareness heightens. I must remain calm, silent and steady; the bow is a weapon of skill. The smallest mistake will result in complete failure.

Yet it is difficult with all the excitement of the moment. I am finally getting what I have desired! It will finally be mine. I will show it to all those who will see and proclaim with a sense of manly pride, 'Look what I got.'"

I would first like to use a post by Vox Day as a pre-requirement to this: http://alphagameplan.blogspot.com/20...hierarchy.html. It gives foundational material that will be used as a logical reference.

The idea for this blog/article/post came from something I read by sunshinemary http://thewomanandthedragon.wordpres...-moral-agency/. It brings up the concept that a woman has no control over herself when "around a powerful, dominant masculine presence" could be true.

If it is true, there are two major social-shattering implications of this. These two are really just different sides of the same coin. One is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bride_kidnapping that I will dub "bride-napping". The other is the emergence of the alpha to the alpha, what I will call the "hunter".

The hunter is the epitome of dominance, and, no matter how he captures her, she will always fall to his arrow. The hunter doesn't bother with wooing or game, he seeks out the girl he wants and then takes her, not with violent force, but dominating force. Bride-napping, then, becomes simply the most efficient method of acquiring his prey.

On the other side, she cannot excape because the logical reasoning centers of her brain have collapsed under raw dominance of the hunter. The attraction she will have for him will far outwiegh any "creep" value that will be given to him by those he has no interest in. The woman's attraction to him will depend solely one his desire for her.

Alternative science

by FloatyBoaty on 27th-May-2012 at 06:33 AM
I think by studying and learning about "alternative" science, men can increase they're knowledge of the true workings of the universe, which will allow them to free themselves of the grip that misandry has. Just as Galileo broke free from the religious science of the day, the modern man can also brake free from the confines of academia and feminism by learning what is truly possible.

Once a person has broken free, anyone who does not wish to be free will become uninteresting. If someone is to say that I am to believe a certain way, I would ask why I must. Why must anyone be pressed into something? It is up to everyone to find the truth for them selves.

Just because women are biologically designed to follow does not mean men are built the same way. Male and female wolves, deer and rabbits are biologically different from each other and provide different roles of life.

What I have just said is a belief even if every one on the planet were to believe it as well. It is up to each individual person to learn for themselves and discover the truth on their own.

There is much power in water. It is an amazing substance. Water can destroy entire beaches, yet be completely changed by the words which are spoken to it and by the environment it is in. One experiment I would like to reiterate goes something like this. A man had three beakers and put rice in each one. He then covered the rice with water. Every day he said "thank you" to the first one, "stupid idiot" to the second, and ignored the third. After a few days the first one began to smell with the fragrance of a fine wine, the second had begun to turn black, and the third was rotting away. If something like this happens with water, what happens to us and others who are almost entirely water?

Study and learn on your own; find out for yourself what is real and what is truth. I can tell you what I believe, but it is up to you to walk the path that is in front of you. It is also your choice to follow. Learn, and be amazed.
