Thank you feckless. It's refreshing to find someone to show a little bravery. If you wouldn't mind could you continue being brave. people are calling us pathetic losers among other worse things. Now, we know the real reason why our voice doesn't get heard and it has little to do with being pathetic. we know that the radical feminsts are in government making radical
feminist government policy. we are not going to successfully combat that with blogs and high school pranks. We need to go to government offices with protests and demands. We also know exactly how that is going to work for us. The reason our voice is never taken seriously is because it's hard for a politician to hear a whisper when a
feminist is screaming in his ear. I am implementing a way for us to have a global voice. It is not another oganisation to compete for your numbers (of people, in case I was being confusing), its a way of using your numbers and their resources in conjunction with every body else's numbers and resources. The trickiest obstacle is getting through the talkers to find the doers. That's not to say talkers don't hold just as much importance, but this is going to require that you do something to make this work. You know as well as I do that feminists in government are, for the most part, a conveniant excuse to put on our victim face and curl up into a ball and give up. The part that you have to do is rally all of your people, yes it's time for you to step up and be a leader, that means finding out how many people are ready right now to do something, and how many people are dwelling on their hurt little feelings so they can put their victim face on and curl up into a ball and give up. Put the doers on list in a separate section find out the things they have to contribute to this cause that won't make them take a hit in the wallet that they can't afford, it must be completly at their discretion. Even if all they have is a paper clip, take it, we can decide later if it's useful. After you have that list, move to your list of victims and find a way to get them moving. Rallying people will be the thing that takes up most of your time, believe me people are too scared to even listen when you say action. Although reading the things on this site gives me a little more confidence that this could be done. Once all those components are in place we can copile them in a central location called P.I.N. power in numbers. Once we have all the resources and numbers recorded any group of action will be able to use as a "food bank". If they need numbers they can post what action they are taking we can contact all the registered sites and say so-and-so action group is marching to change a certain unfair law or policy they need you to contact us or them and go out and support them by being another body in the crowd. If they want to record the event or need people to drive other people to protests or gas money, or a paper clip, if you happen to have or make a lawyers corner where a lawyer is willing to donate advice P.I.N. can direct him to your site. The reason that this section has to be separate is so that individuals who don't belong or want to belong to a site that has made him scared that some woman hater is going to claim to represent him, he will have a means of support and maybe get directed to a site that he's more comfortable at. Not only will sites be able to access and contribute, but it will open an avenue for individuals to contribute who were reluctant because of his position and couldn't afford to have his name displayed beside some of the bad things that are said on some sites.
This is starting to get lengthy and I can visualize the eyes glazing over so I'll wait untill another time to relay the thousand or so more things that it would take to fully explain this huge undertaking. If you wouldn't mind discussing this with your members it would be appreciated.
