What do we do to restore the family unit and how quickly can the family unit be restored?

The family will heal itself pretty rapidly once the state gets its interferring beak out and quits creating and maintaining perverse incentives to family breakdown.

Most mra's dont have a fucking clue how to prevent the family from breaking down.. Indeed, they seem to be going the opposite way most of the time as they seem mostly pre-occupied with the same anti-family ideas that their ideological mothers the feminists where making headway with 30 years ago.

The family works best when headed by the father and the mother accepts that and obeys sir..

The opposite rarely works out well, and worst of all is the situation where father and mother cannot get on because of the fact that "equal" partners can never resolve their differences and will fight without conclusion forever unless the state steps in..

And when the state steps in the family is effectively no longer much to do with the parents, parents end up being little more than child minders (unpaid, in the case of fathers.. In fact, they PAY !)

There is a simple panacea to family breakdown that is almost universally rejected by every dumbassed MRA and FRA leader and spokesperson on the planet..

That love that dare not speak its name..

The love that a father has for his family, that is so great that he actually wants to take responsibility for it and head it as god intended..

Mothers and fathers can only be truly equal in the family and able to resist the state poisons well when fathers take charge and mothers obey in a traditional marraige style.

As for divorce.. It should never be allowed even as a concept.. Divorce makes a mockery of vows made for life..

Men should be acting like men and taking control of their house. Every man should have his wife stay home to care for the children. Men and women each have their place in life and it is the husband's job to show each their place. Just like a man wasn't made for giving birth, a woman was not made to rule.

And, secondly, it takes preparation to make something good. Like a meal, the ingredients have to be prepared first; and so do the children. Men and women have to be taught how to be a family. For guys, I suggest getting a girl before college/job so that you can be the man of the house. And for girls, I suggest getting a guy who is financially and mentally secure so he can take care of you.

Not easy to know what sort of woman one is getting though if they have never done a proper days work or proved themselves able to actually deal with the world.

A womans place is in the home for sure.. Someone has to keep the place tidy and look after the kids, and when men do that sort of thing it doesnt half fuck things up and usually leads to family breakdown..

Most women are raised to be wage slaves, not good wives and mothers.. Even if they do have parents still.. The problem with family destruction is that it has been going on for at least a century and even 50 years ago the extended family had already been cut down to the nuclear family.. Now its being broken down to something that hardly is a family at all.. rebuilding it will take a long time even if the state does fuck off..

I agree with almost all that has been said, with the exception of puttng the blame solely at the feet of feminists and marxists. While feminsits are overwhemingly guilty, marxism has a lot less to do with the state of affairs, than psychologists. It was the conservative Tavistock Institute that began bringing psychology into mainstream and and applying it mass society (at least in the UK - while in the US President Truman helped create a similar structure)

The Tavistock Institute (which still thrives today - and is the leading think tank - see wikipedia) created psychological concepts which changed the nature of the marriage (family), from being "contract" based to be "relationship" based. Once marriage was relationship based, it became the domaine less of law, and more of psychology - enter "marraige guidance". Hence the more psychology/ists we have entering the family, the higher divorce and dissatisfaction has become. We are pleasure seeking creatures, and marriage is often not about pleasure - yet psychologist look for ways to make it pleasurable, which only makes feelings of dissatisfaction more intense. Past generations were aware of this, and so marriage was made a legal contract.

No doubt one will find "some" marxist or leftist who support the feminist agenda - one will also find many who don't.

One can use marxists as a whipping boy (just as Iraq was used as a whipping boy for 9/11), but one just has to look at the history of conservative/right wing/republican governments - as these have done nothing to turn back the feminist or gay/lesbian/anti family tide.

The horrible truth is that elements in the state may well enjoy the extra power over citizens, and feminism for them is simply the means to an end, while psychologists have their own goals - which sometimes coincide with feminism, sometimes not.

Some of the commentors seem to forget that men do not have rights in the family and marriage and have every right to reject the idea.

In 1972 in Australia the communist government ( called the Labour Party ) introduced single mothers pensions and a plethora of social security benefits for wimyn that virtually reduced men to itinerant sperm Donors;

at the same time they took fault out of marriage break downs by the Family Law Acts and so wimyn could simply walk out on the contract no fault;

the Family Law Act administerd by the Family Court which set about demonising men and making men as bondsmen to their ex wives;

the feminits have recently had a more relaxed visitation regime for dispossesed father tightened as one sneering new age gal commented that it was not the hours of the visitation that were important for men but the quality of the time

The SAME policies were applied across the western world, and marxists - cultural or otherwise - had nothing to do with it. Both left AND right wing governments implemented similar policies.

If it was the fault of communists then why have successive right wing governments not changed things? Is it possible they are in on the act as well?

Perhaps now we can see a wider force is at work - not marxists.

This is a pretty decent analogy. To want to fix the family unit is a good thing just as it would be a good thing to want to fix a meal for the hungry in order to fix that hunger. So I guess in this analogy hunger = the family unit.

However, what if you're in need of flour but the flour you have has bugs in it? Do you still cook with that flour or do you get a new bag of flour?

What if the spices are contaminated with poison? Do you season your food with poisoned spices?

This is the thing, yes, the ingredients have to be prepared but we must remove the contamination from the ingredients in order to do so first or find new ingredients.

Indeed. It always makes me laugh when what happens in the MRM is that folks fall into the classic left/right divide which trumps their MRM interests.. In the same way as religious views often do.. (but fortunately, religious views tend to be "on side"..)..
