As I'm not a father, I can't speak from experience. I can say, from what I've learned from others, that it will be an uphill battle. You've come to the right place. There are many men here that have experience dealing with the family court system. Also, check out Glen Sacks web-site and other fathers' rights resources. Make sure your lawyer, and you'll definitely need one, is a fathers' rights advocate.

Start to look into fathers rights groups for legal advice. And also: STOP COMMUNICATING WITH HER EXEPT VIA EMAIL. She will lie about Domestic Abuse or even lie in saying that you have been threatening her. DOcument everything!!!!!!!

The advice you have been given Dave 99 I too was given and and rue the day I did not accept it but like you will want to do I tried my best for my kids ( not the best interest of the kids bullshit the courts wheel out) and for my trouble I went bankrupt to the tune of £70,000...now I have not seen my kids for 34 month and there is nothing the courts will do inspite of me getting a joint residency order (rare) and being granted Parental responsability in 2004 (PR is automatically granted to the man on the childs birth certificate) You are in great company here and check out my Justice4 Children blog if you scroll down a bit Picture of new Dawn ( in family law ) and here is where I am at this week Real Fathers for Justice - News Good luck mate!

It is alway's a shame when there are children,it would be nice to have more information,as if you own the house or rent, and that kind of stuff,how old are the children,is she employed,that kind off stuff,though whatever you do,you are wasting you time fighting through the family court's,unless she is a crack whore,and even then?

Is leaving the country an option for you? Ive read of some men who wired as much money as they could out of the country, shipped their belongings and simply left. He lost the children and house, but there was nothing he could have done. At least he didn't end up broke and gets to start a new life in another country with whatever money they could take.

Considering how depraved and dishonest the system is, his best bet is to get his money and jump ship.

your only chances of seeing your kids are if you do what the mother wants. If it goes to court, you are fucked, because she will lie and you will not be believed (but she will!)..

you probably have more chance of seeing them if you walk away and make her think you dont want to.. Because she is only doing this to piss you off..

Lawyers are not needed, and make matters worse because they dont tell you anything that goes against their aim to extract as much cash as possible out of you. Such as, they dont tell you about interim contact, because they want to get you in a position where you don't get to see them for months, then they can be sure of a long case and lots of money because of the delays and alienation created..

My best advice is do nothing, see the kids when you can, and dont even consider battling for it, because you will most likely get a shit outcome that doesnt suit anyway and even if you do, by some remote chance, get what seems like a "good" outcome you will still most likely just be a visitor/weekend dad and you seriously cant be much of an influence on the kids in the long run if you are like that..

One last piece of advice, start praying to god, because he is the only person who can help you for sure when you are up against the anti-christ Godvernment!

Maybe your ex will be run over by a bus or something!

No point spending all your money to see kids then having no house to see them in!

Record EVERYTHING.

I have little useful advice to offer that will help you 'win', as the sysem is designed to have you lose and any sign of you being able to win is met with lunacy.

But if you get used to recording, noting, logging, everything that happens, you will one day be able to show your children that you tried and she lied.

And.... one day the dam will burst. Publishers will leap onto a bandwagon searching for books about men's raw deal for two generations. You will have a book in the rubble.
