Father and son bonding time is becoming a thing of the past

The average dad spends just 56 minutes a day with their son, research shows.
With work pressures and financial woes mounting, half of modern dads believe father and son bonding is becoming a thing of the past and 53 per cent think face-to-face time as at an all time low.
The average father spends just 56 minutes a day with their son, and 18 per cent spend 15 minutes or less.
A third rely on phone calls to stay in touch and 20 per cent use texting, the survey by Bandai toys found.

I find it hard to believe that the average dad spends 56 minutes a day with their sons since fatherhood is practically illegal!

    Um, hang about. Doesn't
a third admit spending less time with their sons in these [bonding] pursuits than they did with their own fathers.
    Mean the same as
two-thirds said they spend more time with their sons in these pursuits than they did with their own fathers.

So where does the ditzy un-named journalist get the headline of "Father and son bonding time a thing of the past" from?

Oh, look, it's an anti-dad advertorial by BandaiToysUK presumably to con fathers into spending more money on crap toys.

Don't get me wrong, I am all for fathers spending even more time with their children but this article is just crap. Nothing more.

OK... let's just say - for the sake or argument - that there is some basis of fact here... My question is; and what of the "working" moms? Where are the numbers for them?

    Ahem. I thought so.

Acutally most surveys show time men spend with their kids since the 1970s has drastically risen.

The news report is probably based on selected studies chosen by feminist to prove men are bad.

It looks like the same old feminist story

Of course, why do you think stooge who wrote the article, kept their name hidden?
