In fact I'd argue mens exceedingly harsh treatment within the law (compared to women) actually subsidizes womens extremely lenient treatment (in part). That is, for the average citizen/voter concerned with crime, their generally appeased by politicians claims to lock up more and more law breakers. For instance, here in the UK men account for 94% of the prison population. Feminists laughingly claim there are too many women in prison. Wrong! There's not nearly enough (given equal punishment to men). Some British fem Labour MP's have even called for womens prisons to be closed down (evidently room for more male prisoners, who are subject to ever increasing -gender specific- socialist definitions of crime). Therefore, as long as this majority percentage of criminals (men) is seen to be dealt with harshly it satisfies the masses, and serves the ambitions of politicans. As a consequence concerns about equal punishment for women, combined with societies perception of women as eternal victims (thanks to fem propaganda) dissipates any egalitarian expectation for women to be equally responsible for their crimes.

It wouldn't be any exaggeration for men to claim a similarity with the slaves of yesterday regarding the disparity of sentencing, and discrimination within the law that clearly exists.

Regarding the quoted case, obviously the authorities are working from a feminist template which concludes (dictates?) only penetration is deemed as rape. Absurd!! Rape can also be "engulfment" of the penis by the vagina.

It's time for a overhaul of the (in) justice system from top to bottom. A few tinkered rehashed amendments just won't suffice the injustice men routinely endure, and womens 'state-sponsored' avoidance of any justice meted out to them.
