Thumbs up In my life : Parental Alienation!

I recently saw this Lennon penned and vocalised Beatles song performed by Bet Midler in the film 'For the Boys!' and whilst the lyrics did seem to fit the bill I believe the slower more edgy version by Ozzy Osbourne will have some resonance with those of us who have endured the heartache of parental alienation!

In spite of 'winning' the battle in Family Court and offering a second family home close by "in the best interest of my children" a process that went on to bankrupt me, my children have been withheld by the mother for 4 years 5 months! now I face the pain and anguish along with the prospect of regret my children may feel should we ever try to rekindle our relationship in the future.

Today I face my second family home being reprocessed any time soon by those state backed bandits the CSA, whilst my children languish in a home ,just 100 yards away which is mortgage free and purchased with the asset of the original family home.

I would like to dedicate the final moments of the above video to all at the CSA including the Minister who is content to preside over this corrupt department. I also wonder if Lord Justice Leveson would consider putting as much effort into a true review of Family Justice once he as finished being so concerned for phone hacking?

I wonder if there is any significance in publishing this item on the unusual date of 29th February?

But hacking phones of important people is far more important than worrying about silly little things such as children and father's.

This 'collision' Government tend to go about things from the wrong direction, today Clegg annonced £22m to train teachers to recognise mental health issues for kids from 5 to 16 rather then seek the underlieing reason why a kid may be troubled such as family break up!

I thought we all loved the idea of the state robbing fathers to pay those "heroic mothers" who raise kids that fathers clearly have no interest to have proper contact with, (much as they pretend otherwise).. At least that's the impression one could get from a few folks here!

PAS is child abuse, and given my time again I would have rather used my money for the benefit of my kids then flushed down the family law system! The heart-ache that follows I would not wish on another man!!

Re: In my life : Parental Alienation!

Oh dont worry D1 my son told the prosecutor:
"my daddy put handcuffs on my hands and legs, takes naked photos of me and sells them to men to whom he took me to when he sold the photos...walks round the flat dressed as a woman....took me to brothels with him and his friends.....had parties at his summer cottage with strange "ice cream curly' devices..."

Of course the prosecutor was very kind to me. Psychologically prepared me, before he gave me the testiomony, saying, "we dont believe a word of it" and "we have no idea why he is saying these things". I was then given his testimony and pushed quickly out the door before I had a chance to read it.

I took it to the fathers rights group to see if such professional brainwashing is punishable, but they were shocked and asked "with such testimony they did not charge you with anything!?"

When the guy clamed down he said the only similar case was when a mother forced a child to watch a porn film non stop and they say his father did those things.

They said in my case they will write to the children's ombudsman.

But I guess the children's ombusdman will come up with an excuse not to do anything.

they love false allegations, they can use them to drag on the process and create more work for themselves and their mates on the gravy boat..

The stange thing was that following the fruitless search of my flat I was never formally accused and I was never called to make a statement.

The feminist movement is quite inconvenient. It forces us to put our resources and attention on them rather than more productive activities - like creating generators that produce endless electricity for free.

You cant get something for nothing old chum.. As that bloke of starfish trek said "you canna change the laws of physics captain!"..

Even if they could extract power from free resources, the equipment to do such would not be as free as the sun and the rain..

The point isn't about the devices, but about the annoyance of having to constantly devote my precious time to something dedicated to creating slaves of the human race.

Here's a good video from TheCajunlouise:
