Some difficult news: pornography must go

I believe pornography on the Internet is rotting the souls of hundreds of millions of men every night -- I don't believe they can face women properly the next morning, to make sure they are behaving themselves. I am therefore trying to start a campaign to ban pornography from the Internet.

Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

    Welcome to the forum.

I noted this in you're profile.

and I intend to establish 'Men's Studies' at Oxford University, here in the UK, to combat Women's Studies.
Certain Universities already have 'Men's Studies' but they're just women's studies under a different guise. How do you intend to establish such a course without the usual undue influence by feminists dictating it's content?

Why would pornography corrupt men every night? How did you come to this conclusion? If you don't like it, then don't look at it. It's as simple as that.

You link misbehavior with pornography. That doesn't make much sense, for general pornography does not promote misbehavior.

When a man can enjoy himself from time to time and relieve certain needs, it can improve his life. Then he can focus better on work and other tasks. However, when men cannot go to prostitutes or see pornography means too few ways to relieve such urges. Men walking around with cramped up needs and a lack of relief amounts to way more problems.

That is why you have a Rugby team, men's studies as a course,my arse, leave time wasting to women, this is why the state is starting a job creation course in school's,to employ all those useless feminist's,to teach boy's that they are nothing but rapist's and women beater's,in the private sector they would only be qualified to shovel shit from one place to another.

I counter your campaign with my own campaign to keep pornography on the Internet. Who do think will get more signatures on their petition?
Anyone want to join my campaign? I only need one more person to outnumber Duncan Butlin's numbers.

Geuss 6ame's petition is officially ahead then. You got my vote as well. I recall once reading that pornography reduced the amount of sexual misconduct/crimes for people can live themselves out on pornographic material... Also, you say it rots the soul of many men, women however do watch allot of pornography as well, how come their souls are not being rotten? Be carefull.. who knows your lady might not behave herself next morning either after watching porn! (mwuhaha...ha? ).

Pornography has been around for thousands of years!
You will accomplish nothing by getting rid of it!

No, porn just like masturbation, in and of itself is not a bad thing, but rather a "healthy" thing.

Now I think what your getting at is more around the lines of "addiction".for instance if someone is completely addicted to porn, or so dissolved into the "personification" that they really think that REAL LIFE can be or is like a porn flick.

My question to you is what do you think we should put IN PLACE of porn?

Do you somehow conceive the situation to be that of "IF" porn was gone men/women would have better "sexual relations?

And if thats the case how do you explain that without porn most men would have LITTLE of a clue WTF to even do with a woman sexually, and therefor as they are mostly INEXPERIENCED and less likely/able to please a woman anyway, how do you see this as beneficial to EITHER gender?

To put it boldly, porn is THE BEST way to learn the "mechanics" of sexual intercorse..You can explain the mechanics to a virgin all you want, but its a lot essayer to "grasp" if you can actually SEE IT, get what I'm saying?

The ONLY OTHER WAY TO LEARN THIS, is by actually HAVING sex, and with that having ENOUGH OF IT, to actually LEARN how to get a woman off, not to mention to figure out what YOU like sexually!

Now sure there are some SICK things out there as well.Personally I dont get off on seeing chicks get needles put threw there tits, or seeing them have gallons of water pumped up there ass, and I dont see really how anyone could/would get off on it...But quite frankly if those women want to get on film and do that shit, and someone else actually WANTS to watch it, who the hell are you (or anyone else for that matter) to try and police there sexuality??????????

Now one thing that I can say that is not beneficial about porn, is that watching a lot of it does in fact tend to "over inflate" ones standards as far as "attractiveness" and maybe even give them "unrealistic" sexual standards as well..For example a lot of things that you will see in porn, are just not very likely to actually HAPPEN (unless maybe you pay $$$ for it), and/or are just really hard to find a woman/man/farm animal who is "freaky" enough to do them.

But to me that is a matter of MODERATION.

An old saying rings in my head "anything in EXCESS is bad"..And in this case its very true, TO MUCH OF IT may in fact "rot your brain" by giving you "unrealistic standards"..etc...But when used in MODERATION it can be usefully and educational..

That would be the same as 'Kids who watch TV and play videogames might think real life can be or is like that as well and go act violent'.
