RebelliousVanilla intro - female that supports the men movement
Hello, I am an 18 years old(soon to be 19) marketing student from Europe and I believe that men are the oppressed gender in today's society. I had this epiphany while looking at MBA scholarships(ok, fake rape claims had their toll too) in the US and then thought about how society actually is related to men-women issues.
I'm looking to graduate with a good GPA from my current university and go to UNC for a MBA and then in 5-7 years get into politics and maybe study law. I know these are unusual fields for a woman, but this is what I'm attracted to so I'm going to do my best at it. I am a politically incorrect person and I name things the way they are so I'm unsure about how well I'll do in politics, but I believe that I will have my supporters. I want to move out of Europe due to the amount of money wasted on welfare states and so on, but I'm seeing that the US is heading in the same direction now too, which is sort of depressing to me. Anyway, I believe that feminism and multiculturalism and most leftist policies are utter garbage and I actually can prove it, but today people prefer emotion over logic.
I noticed some female bashing on this site, which wasn't really surprising, but sort of disappointing. I believe that we are victims of feminism too and that feminsts make us not reach our true potential by labeling us as inferior. I could go on, but I believe this is long enough.
Rebelliousvanilla’s Blog
That is my blog. I ramble on it about politics, society, life and whatever and some might find it interesting. I have some posts about feminism too.

Welcome....where you from?
Disclaimer:The men's and fathers' movement needs to make sure it never sees females as the enemy, but only misandry--whether from females or from males. If not, we'll become like the bigoted feminists that this movement was formed to oppose.Glenn Sacks

Re: RebelliousVanilla intro - female that supports the men movement
Welcome RebelliousVanilla.
One thing to remember... there are lot of angry (and understandably so) men here and everywhere. Verbal and Ideological bashing is all men get these days, so if they are bashing back... well... you must understand why?
You are young, there are a lot of older and wiser people here, it's important to respect that wisdom, and be thankful.
As one of the wisest women hear will tell you, it's best to just listen for a while... just listen... and then try understanding.
So wonderful to know that you have not been taken in by "feminist" rhetoric.
Good premises, God speed.

Re: RebelliousVanilla intro - female that supports the men movement
Most women don't give a flying fuck about feminism. At least here... I never saw an open feminist in my whole life and I just talked online to a few that live in my country.
And I'll challenge you to see the whole affirmative movement as a sham, not only feminism. I bet Martin Luther King is spinning in his grave when he sees what some power hungry idiots did to his quest for equality. It's the same with feminism. The first wave that got the women suffrage, allowed women to work and so on was good. What we had in the last couple of decades is a corruption of those ideals - equality for women - and wanting advantages for women.
The biggest problem with feminism is that it devalues me as a woman, not only men so that some women get advantages. They make me seem like a retard idiot. It's offensive to me, at least.
RedRooster, I could be angry at men and I "have" reasons. Judging people as a group and not as individuals is bad when the certain group is innocent in it's majority.
Feckless, I'm from Europe. Why?

Welcome RV, unfortunately you will need extra amour to fight the infestation of feminism at Universities..
Contamination and indoctrination will be their aim..
Will you succeed in avoiding that ?

Re: RebelliousVanilla intro - female that supports the men movement
Actually, equality in rights of people is something normal. Right now it's the reversed thing of what it was before. Before men were advantaged, now women are. Neither is right.
@christianj, it will def be a fun ride because my economics teacher is trying to prove to me that socialism is the way to go and I keep proving him wrong. What's hilarious is that he has flawed formulas that are mathematically incorrect. He has an Al Gore fetish.
@TERA, here feminism isn't that developed. We don't have job quotas, we don't have female scholarships, we don't have idiots bitching about glass ceilings. But yes, usually there's a price all women pay and only some women benefit from the advantages.
