I am Aoirthoir An Broc, Masculinist
I and I alone, am the single most important person in the Pro-Male Men's Movement.
With great responsibility comes great power.
With total responsibility comes total power.
I take total responsibility for every act of misandry ever committed.
I take total power from the misandrists.
I have all of power, the misandrists have no power.
None.
The misandrists matter not, I and I alone, are all that matters in this struggle.
I focus on myself and the fact that this fleshly body is the fleshly body of a Man.
As a Man in the Flesh, I am a God in the flesh.
I say this because I know what the word God actually means.
A God changes worlds.
I will change this world.
I will put an end to this shit of misandry in my lifetime.
Congratulations, you have no met the most important Man in this movement.

Every one of you reading this should have heard your own voice there, and not mine.
Because you, and you alone are the most important Man in this movement.
You, and you alone.

Hey Aoirthoir! Glad to see you dropped by. I hope you'll stay around for awhile and keep us informed with what's going on. I know how busy you are behind the scenes right now, but we can talk about that latter.
For people who don't know I do know Aoirthoir (online). I have talked with him numerous times, and generally like the guy. I hope everyone would make him feel welcome and I would like to see him become a valuable member here. Even if he can be an irascible and somewhat controversial fellow.
So big waves from the moon.

Re: I am Aoirthoir An Broc, Masculinist
Welcome .. I hope.
Not many people here self-identify as masculinist, given the tendency for it to be seen as a male version of feminism.
When you say you are a masculinist, what exactly are you trying to convey about your beliefs or behaviours?____________________________________________

@Outdoors
Brother, most definitely it seems that way, because it is that way. New things are afoot.

@Dr. E
Thank you.

@SamOfSons,
I did. And now I have a pair.
Of gloves that is.
----
@Julie
Thank you. No I am not Alpha, or AN Alpha even. I am an Aoirthoir. Technically I am THE Aoirthoir.
----
@Unregistard
Thank you Brother. I tried to stay away so as not to give this place a reputation.
I am only controversial to those who do not understand that the A in MRA stands for ACTIVIST and if your not you ought to call yourself something else. I am not an MRA because I am not an activist. I am however a Masculinist.
That alone is controversial.

@Shaazam
All of the media persons I have dealt with understood the term misandry and used it. In India we have tens of thousands of articles in the main stream press about Masculinists, MRAs, Masculists, Mens Rights, 498A, Anti-Dowry misuse, and more. We have marches with thousands. Now we are bringing those techniques to the west and soon our Media here will be using terms like misandry and "feminist hate group" with almost as much regularity as my bowels.

@Drake Storm
Amen Ra Brother.

@Douglas,
The tendency to view masculinism as a male version of feminism is based entirely on lack of knowledge of what Masculinism is and what Masculinists teach and how we live.
One can find the source of the lies about Masculinists in understanding what those lies are and this is simple enough to see in the dictionary definition of feminism and masculinism. Paraphrasing it will say:
Feminist = a person who believes in the equality of the sexes.
Masculinist = a person who believe in the superiority of the male.
Now the first we know to be entirely false, feminism is not at all about equality between the sexes. Not a twit. So why would I believe a source that I know to have lied in a political definition about my own ideology? Why would you believe it?
A Masculinist is a person that believes The Four Truths of Masculinism and makes one crucial additional statement "I am a Masculinist."
The Four Truths of Masculinism are:
All Men are Men.
All Men are Good.
All Men are Worthy.
All Masculinists are Dutiful.
In our research for what beliefs Masculinists held in common, from the first usage of the label by Ernest Belfort Bax, to the present, we find these truths stated definitely but expressed emphatically, even by Masculinists who never shared conversation with each other. These Truths boil down with simiplicity what is a Masculinist.
Whether others believe these Truths or not is irrelevant to us. We believe them and seek no converts. You are or are not a Masculinist it is that simple.
I just noticed that Feminism gets a link but Masculinism does not. Surely Masculinism deserves as much attention, if not more than those warty gnats buzzing around in front of our faces?

Re: I am Aoirthoir An Broc, Masculinist
A most important question. And it's important that it is a question rather than a statement of assumption, thus allowing for an explanation.
Welcome Drake, as well.
Indeed, I foresee great things a-coming...
I'm sure there can't be more of you LOL
Hey now! We already have the drex-meister here giving us a bad reputation... You'll have your work cut out if you think you can surpass him!
I take the point, but as I've said previously, I don't call myself an Activist (though some do), I consider my A as an Advocate.
This is something I look forward to.
Seems quite reasonable to me...
I take it you mean the acronym thingy I have which offers explanations of words?
I'll add it with the above definition...

Re: I am Aoirthoir An Broc, Masculinist
Self-evident and circulatory. Means nothing.
Perhaps all men, like all women, have some goodness in them but I think most people know at least one man they would not ordinarily call 'good'. I will find it hard to call a degenerate serial child murderer 'Good' whatever their sex.
Worthy of what? That they have an individual worth that can be defined is obvious and can apply to all living things. Anti-feminists claim that - counter to feminist writings - all men have value in society as well as individual humanity; is this what is meant here?
To what do masculinists feel a duty? Everyone has a duty to themselves but in what way(s) do masculinists' duties differ from non-masculinists?____________________________________________
