    Hi all!

I'm new here and I found this site on Yahoo Answers. My name is Jeff and I live in California. I attend college and am going for a B.A. in Psychology. I never knew there were so many other people who felt and/or saw the same things I do going on the world today regarding anti-male bias. I hope to add some thoughtful/humorous reponses on here as well as be a benefit to the entire community. Thanx!

Hi there, and welcome aboard! Just out of curiosity, what particular aspect of anti male bias “woke you up” to the current situation so to speak?

Welcome. Tell us all about the Agitprop at college.

And change to a BSc. Get a solid grounding in the science as opposed to the creative writing and speculation.

The most offensive thing you can do to a feminist is treat her with FULL equality.
Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

Well, I had a friend who was married. I always knew he was paying his ex-wife child-support but one day he finally told me what she was doing with it. I guess one day she had called him and confessed what she was doing with the money. Let's just say it had nothing to do with taking care of their 4 yr. old daughter and had everything to do with surgery of the plastic kind. She also told him that the money he was sending just wasn't enough and that she was going to take him to court for more. She did and she got more because my friend couldn't prove her abuse of the money. After that he wasn't the same anymore. He just never seemed to be happy and was always worried about his next paycheck. From that day I thought that their should be some accountability or some way to track where child-support money goes as there is none at the current time that I know of. It just seemed like the court system, and the whole institution of marriage for that matter, was completely 100% against men.

Other than that, I used to watch sitcoms until I realized all the male characters are usually bumbling idiots and their wives are as sharp as a tack. This seemed a wee bit strange in a world promoting 'equality' or a world concerned with being sensitive to other groups.

I have also wondered why, if feminists fight for equality of the sexes, that they don't fight for a father's rights for their child? It seems to me that women tend to get custody of children more often than do men. This doesn't sound like the equality that was promised by feminism. This sounds like priviledges.

Also I could never understand why feminists tried to get more women involved in the hard sciences. If they are concerned with unequal job representation (if that is what it is called) then why don't they push for more female trash collectors or sewer workers (all predominantly male jobs in my understanding). That seemed strange to me. Anyways, I'm sure I could go on and on about this but you get the picture.

It's my yahoo account name. I was going to make it the_fett (from the name Boba Fett) but the name was taken. I changed 'the' to 'da' because the name wasn't taken.
