Feminism is not very popular in Russia like western Europe or North America,so we Russian men don't face discrimination or problems as much as you guys.But the divorce rate here is very high and our population is declining by not having enough children.
But anti male laws are everywhere,I am currently in India which is generally regarded as a patriarchal society,but I found that even here there are anti male laws about domestic violence and 33% seats of the National Parliament is left for women.Looks like feminism is everywhere.I hope things wont get more bad in Russia.

I'm ex-pat British and 15 years ago nobody here had ever heard of feminism.
But this country is a former American colony that likes to copy its former colonial masters. Feminism has crept in by the back door. Every country must stay on guard because the feminist virus is very useful to people (men and women) in power.

Please bear in mind that the reason a woman hurt you is because you are heterosexual. On the whole, men and women both behave badly in roughly equal measure and female heterosexuals get hurt by men in similar measure. So don't make the personal political and think that because your ex hurt you, all women will.

In countries inspired by feminist politics, there are extra problems for men because the rules and laws are tilted in women's favour and against men. This leads to children being deprived fathers (and vice-versa); ex-husbands being made to pay support for children that are not theirs; men being made homeless; etc. These are genuine political issues quite separate from the personal emotional hurt we experience over a relationship breakdown.

I don't think that every woman is like the one that cheated on me,but it really did affect me in a bad way.
I am trying to read more and gain awareness about mens rights and issues.
I know that socio-political condition of Russia and Eastern Europe is quite different from that of Western nations.We don't have this much anti male laws or misandry being perpetrated through media and false statistics.
I hope such changes wont happen in my country.

Maybe by more men such as yourself becoming aware of how feminism operates, you can build defensive social infrastructures to repel any potential invasions.

It's a strange concept to contemplate, whereby feminism might attempt to introduce a mutated strain of Marxism back to it's birthplace. Given that, like China, Russia has a psuedo-democracy (Communism) and a capitalist market, so I believe feminism would have difficulty flourishing.
