    Hello from PokemonMasterTrainer

(This picture shows how happy I am to be joining you guys in dissecting the feminist movement! Now I can trash those Hamas-level crazy femi-nuts!)

    Hello!!

My name is PokemonMasterTrainer and I'm new (but not entirely new) here. I used to lurk around here reading the forums before deciding to join because I'm outraged at society for losing its balls and caving into radical feminism. Why couldn't we be like the East Indian women who told them to GTFO when they [feminists] started trashing their way of thinking from the inside. Makes me think of how North America contrasts with Japan when it comes to lawsuits that are just really fucking ridiculous

Welcome....Very nice to have you on board.

This is the right place to dissect feminism. Maybe you might even work out what feminism actually is.

    Thanks guys.

I read an article somewhere that despite having more freedom and rights, women are more unhappy. I figured that they're so unhappy because they finally realized:

    a) The repercussions of having certain things (why do you think rich people are unhappy?)

    and

    b) They realized what it was like for men in the workforce

The men's and fathers' movement needs to make sure it never sees females as the enemy,
but only misandry--whether from females or from males.
If not, we'll become like the bigoted feminists that this movement was formed to oppose.

Curious: (Hope you don't mind the questions!) How old are you? Are you in the workforce? A college student? Homemaker? Do you have kids? Are you, yourself, as a woman, unhappy? Do you think you'd be happier with less rights?

Ugh...I had to look him up....

Völlig losgelöst von der Erde, schwebt das Raumschiff....

I´d say his English is probably not so good, but actually I hardly know that guy.

I'm an 18 year old who is going into college in September of this year. I'm happy with what I have. I'm happy with how my life is going, but unhappy with how society has been directed over the past few years and if the femi-nuts think they can dictate how I and millions upon millions of others should think, then I'll tell them where they can shove it. I'm happy with the rights I have, but unhappy with how society is putting mine at a way bigger importance than a man's. I understand that balanced equality will never happen because there will always be generations upon generations of femi-nuts who will make sure that never happens. If I did plan to become a short term homemaker so that my (future) child had a parent to take care of them while the other helps to maintain living standards, then yes I would do that. I could also work from home so that my partner is not entirely responsible for supporting the family

But concerning my theories about why modern women are so unhappy despite changes, I think they're also unhappy because it maybe really hasn't changed their lives much. Sometimes what you think doesn't always turn out what you imagined it would. What I meant by option B are people who think they know what hard work is like, but do not understand the full extent of it.

    Welcome to the forum, PMT.

    Thanks for replying!

I hear people say...*only here though* that women are so unhappy...but in real life I just don't see it. They don't seem to be any more unhappy or happy, than men.

May I ask you what, at the tender age of 18, woke you up so profoundly to the differences between men's rights and women's? Was there a particular event or experience that preceded this? How is it that you formulated these beliefs?

At 17, being disgusted with feminism after reading how it has treated men and how some women have abused places of authority as means of getting things swung in their way. I'm just happy that I don't work with women like that at my job (which I have proudly held for almost a year now)

I think that if feminists wanted things to be so much better for all women, they could at least get up and help their peers outside of Western society who could need their help; but so far, I've never heard anything about them doing so much as that

"Modern" Feminism or "Second Wave" Feminsim, or whatever you want to call it, is not about ensureing equality between the sexes worldwide. It is about disenfranchising men in the western world of thier rights in order to make all women a super privileged class. They could not care less about what goes on in other cultures. Although, they do pay it lip service in order to keep up appearences.
