It's nice to be on board here. I like taking a look around the MRM forums, but I rarely do any posting, so I guess it was time for me to officially say hello. I post videos on YouTube under the name Gogonostop. I try to use art and research as much as I can as a way of advancing the Men's Movement.

I started exploring the laws at about the same time that I took some required courses as a grad student that, at times, focused more on radical feminist ideology than the actual discipline. At that point I started casual and curious look into the world of gender politics, and was rather surprised at what I found. Oh yeah. Thanks for the compliment! I wanted to steer my criticisms more toward Feminists than women in general, so I made it private, but I have had numerous people ask me to make it public again, so I just may do that in the future. But I also wanna change it up a little, so I might just remake a little bit of it and repost it.

“The Declaration of Independence from Female Supremacism (Feminism)
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary to dissolve the political bands which have connected the People with a Representative Establishment, and to assume among all common citizens the equal station to which the Laws of Nature entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of humankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to dissention.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: that men and women, though not entirely the same, should yet be treated equally under the eyes of the law, and are both endowed with certain unalienable elements, that among these are Equality of Rights, Equality of Responsibility, and the Non-Discrimination of Law – that to secure these elements, Representative Establishments are at times instituted among the people, deriving their just advocacy from the consent of their constituency, and their positive contributions to society; that, whenever they become destructive to these ends, it is the right of a just people to alter or abolish them.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that systems of representation long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown that humans are more disposed to suffer, while injuries are sufferable, than to right themselves by reforming or abolishing the systems to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of injuries, inequalities, discriminations, and violations of fundamental liberties, pursuing invariably the same outcome, evinces a design within the Feminist Establishment to render the common man into a second-class citizen, when the collateral damage caused to women and society is regarded as insubstantial in the pursuit of a narrow political agenda, when there exists a lack of substantial effort among its constituents to reform such an Establishment, it is the right of citizens, it is their duty, to reform or abolish it.
Such has been the patient sufferance of men, fair-minded women, and society under the ministrations, discriminations, and injuries brought forth by the recent incarnations of the Feminist Establishment, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to dissention.
To corroborate this, let a sample of the Charges against the Feminist Establishment be submitted to a candid world.

Domestic Violence
The Feminist Establishment has deliberately suppressed research, treatment, and awareness of male victims of domestic violence. It has consistently mischaracterized all domestic violence as unilateral and unprovoked male-on-female violence, and downplayed the idea that female-on-male violence is also a significant problem, embedding a false paradigm into the public consciousness.
It has consistently spread false, misleading, and hatemongering statistics that vastly overexaggerate female victimization of domestic violence and male evil. These false statistics are then embedded into the public consciousness, and are often a means of securing funds and arguing a compelling interest for establishing discriminatory and unconstitutional laws.
It has established hate crime legislation in numerous states, which punish men more severely than women for the same crime, in violation of men’s 14th amendment rights, which assertsthat “No state shall…deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
It has barred men and teenage boys from government-funded domestic violence shelters, in violation of their 14th Amendment rights to equal protection.
It has established “primary aggressor” domestic violence statutes, in addition to mandatory arrest policies, which promote and often mandate the arrest of men in domestic violence house calls, regardless of the guilt or innocence of either party, and in violation of men’s 14th Amendment rights to equal protection, and 5th Amendment rights to due process.

Rape
The Feminist Establishment has established Rape Shield laws in all 51 states. These forbid the image of the accuser (but not the accused) from being published in various media. In addition, they forbid the introduction of evidence of the accuser’s past against the credibility of the accuser, but not the accused. By protecting only one sex, Rape Shield laws violate men’s rights to equal protection under the 14th Amendment. By allowing a disproportionate attack upon the credibility (ethos) of the defendant in cases that are largely determined by the credibility of the speaker, these laws heavily infringe upon, and often violate, men’s 5th Amendment rights to due process.
It has established the Matthew Shepard Hate Crime Prevention Act, allowing false accusers of rape to retry their suit on the federal level, in violation of men’s 5th Amendment rights to due process and protection from double jeopardy.
It has sought to bypass men’s due process rights in rape trials by creating parallel civil cases, where the accused may be convicted by “a preponderance of the evidence” (~51%) rather than “beyond a reasonable doubt” (99%).
It has also sought to bypass men’s rights to due process by expanding the definition of nonconsent to unreasonable degrees, such as the female being intoxicated (regardless of whether the male was also), and the absence of an affirmative verbal “yes.”
It has made obsene legislative propositions, such as the reversal of the preumption of innocence (or “guilty until proven innocent,” and the establishment of quota systems for the conviction of those accused of rape.
It has consistently propagated, especially throughout campus rape crisis centers, the falsehood that only 2% of rape allegations are false, a statistic based upon no empirical study, and in direct contradition to a wealth of empirical data and professional estimates by sex-assault investigators that assert false allegations to be a serious and a common problem. The effect of this is the silencing of victims of life-destroying false rape allegations, to promote the legitimacy of the establishment, or Radical Feminist ideology.
It has consistently spread false and hatemongering statistics that vastly overexaggerate female victimization of rape and male evil, such as “1 in 4 women are the victims of rape or attempted rape,” a common stat cited at rape crisis centers, which has been debunked repeatedly. Similar statistics (“1 in 5,” “1 in 6,” etc) abound.

Education
The Feminist Establishment has established a discriminatory quota system under Title IX for educational purposes, which has cut hundreds of male college sports teams, for the sole purpose of creating an equal number of male/female teams.
It is seeking to expand this discriminatory quota to the sciences, and has managed to fire president of Harvard Larry Summers for presenting evidence contradicting Radical Feminist claims that a difference in numbers of men and women in science is indicative of massive discrimination of women.
In the 90’s it published falsehoods about the education system “shortchanging girls” (the AAUW and Wellesley Report), when in reality boys were beginning to fall behind, to subsidize massive state and federal programs for girls. Now that it is revealed that boys had been falling behind all along, and that due to inattention they are now in dire distress in lower education, the crisis among boys is often dismissed by those same Feminists who helped create it.

Workplace Discrimination
The Feminist Establishment has established systemic discrimination against men in hiring (“affirmative action”), while propagating the falsehood that women are systemically discriminated against.

Reproduction rights
The Feminist Establishment has seized a monopoly over reproductive rights, while refusing to engage in dialogue about the various possibilities for male reproduction rights. Regardless of the prospective justifications for abortions, this is not equal rights.

Sexual Harassment
The Feminist Establishment has created a system whereby men’s traditional forms of imposing their sexuality on women (verbal expressions) are censored and punsihed, but women’s traditional forms of imposing their sexuality on others (dressing provocatively) are not, encouraging female-created sexual scenarios in the workplace that men are often summarily punished for.
By protecting only one sex from another’s sexual overtures in the workplace and punishing the other for mere misunderstandings arising from the lack of equal standards (i.e. protections), the current sexual harassment paradigm infringes upon if not violates men’s 14th Amendment rights to equal protection.

Parental Rights
The Feminist Establishment has consistently fought against shared parenting bills, which establish a rebuttal presumption (a presumption that becomes active once certain criteria are met) of shared parenting (joint custody) in divorce cases , often invoking fraudulent and misleading statistics and hysteria about domestic violence, mischaracterizing Shared Parenting bills as mandatory, and that they include batterers, rather than exclude them.
The Feminist Establishment’s opposition to a rebuttal presumption of Shared Parenting stands in constrast to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, signed by the United States in 1948, which asserts that men and women “are entitled to equal [parental] rights as to marriage, during marriage, and its dissolution,” and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (effective 1976), which asserts that “States Parties to the present Covenant shall take appropriate steps to ensure equality of [parental] rights and responsibilities of spouses as to marriage, during marriage, and its dissolution.”

Gender-Specific Clubs
While attacking the notion and existence of male-only clubs as sexist, the Feminist Establishment has hypocritically set up gynocentric bureaucracies (which the male taxpayer often pays for) within the political and academic establishment, such as the Office of Violence Against Women within the Department of Justice, the Women’s Bureau within the Department of Labor, the Office of Women’s Health within the Department of Health and Human Services, Women’s Studies programs in Academia, and many more.
Even though men are society’s primary victims of violence, workforce hazards, and workplace fatalities, even though layoffs overwhelmingly affect men, even though men are currently falling behind in lower and higher education, even though men die younger and more often from nearly every major disease, they still pay higher taxes for bureaucracies that specifically advance women’s interests above their own.

The Vote and the Draft
The Feminist Establishment has created a system that allows both sexes to vote on the distribution of rights and resources, but forces only one sex to defend them with their lives. Regardless of the fact that the majority of military positions are non-combat positions which women could easily fill, the Feminist Establishment has not sought to take on equal responsibilities in conjunction with equal rights.

This list by no means represents the entirety of injuries, discriminations, and inequalities perpetrated against half the human race by the Feminist Establishment.

People are not wont to object to few and trivial injuries imposed upon them by a given Establishment. Yet the crimes and injuries created by Feminism are so numerous, and like a cancer have become so metastasized within the Feminist Establishment; furthermore, its constituents, while so often claiming to fight for equal rights and protesting to be “not like that,” have yet done nothing substantial to correct them, and in so doing reveal their true intentions, precipitating an outcry for justice against the Feminist Establishment, if not Feminism in its entirety.
Furthermore, no self-respecting man or woman would be subject to being blamed for systemic discrimination by a movement that claims to fight for equal rights, yet consistently discriminates against them in virtually every one of its core issues.
In addition, despite Feminism’s pervasive claims of not being a hate movement, the cold hard truth is that the Feminist Establishment has created a vast array of victim-advocacy bureaucracies, including campus rape “crisis” centers, domestic violence shelters, lobbyist groups, Women’s Studies departments, and various others, which all have a vested interest in spreading as much anti-male propaganda as possible to legitimize their funding, their ideology, and their own existance.
It is imperative, for the sake of men, women, society at large, and indeed themselves that, if they still wish to call themselves Feminists, the Feminists who claim to be "not like that" undergo immediate introspection and endeavor a speedy reformation of the Feminist Estabishment with the eventual goal of legislative reformation and, if not this, witness Feminism's eventual and inevitable abolition by opposing forces as it is increasingly exposed as the hatemongering supremacist movement that it is.

Please circulate this Declaration to as many people as you know, whether by email, blog and forum posts, Facebook and MySpace, text messages, word-of-mouth, and any other means you may have.
Do not exclude Feminists, but rather actively seek them out wherever you may find them, so that they may know a sample of the charges against their Establishment which compel us to dissention, and numerous discriminations, injuries, and inequalities which they, and all Feminist activists collectively, by assuming the political title (and hence the right) of fighting for equal rights, have equally assumed the responsibility of correcting.
