I should imagine that a donor-concieved person would have a lot to say.
If you go to that thread and click on 'reply' we could see what you want to say.
The article was by Jennifer Morse and did not take any position regarding people conceived by the means, other than that babies have inherent rights to both a father and a mother, and it would be an interesting perspective, I'm sure.

Donor conception is something that should be open to both men and women.
It's an area I feel strongly about but always been appalled at the way in which the male donor is seen as a convenient yet disposable tool. We often see ads particularly from lesbian couples that really don't want the bio-father involved in any way once his tadpoles are taken.
I agree that most sperm donors want anonymity but it's not like they really have a choice is it? This is why I formed a donor-conception forum on Yahoo where the father HAS a role to play like a "distant uncle" or at the very least a "known" donor.
