Which isn't entirely untrue. Some MRAs do take things too far and want to control women instead of restore respect for men. But I was going nutso for a moment and just lashed out at everyone.

There are a lot of misogynists and sex-maniacs out there who try to portray themselves as *MRA's*, as they believe it will allow them to discharge their hatred in a manner that is offered credence. It's best to ignore them though, as they tend to be the type of men who offer nothing to the Men's Movement - they only talk about sex and other topics that concern themselves and their desires.

A real MRA is a person who believes that men should be treated with respect, and these people are not trying to obtain special privilege. In my opinion, a real MRA is a person like Darren Blacksmith, Rob Layton or Duncan Idaho, as they do not want to obtain special privilege - they merely wish to be treated in a fair manner.
