I'm new here, but not new to the indoctrination of feminism and many other ideological movements that are attributing to the downfall of civilization.

Is Rome burning? It just may be... but all of us here with rational minds can go out to dinner and just let it burn! Or not. It's your choice really... and either way you will win.

I have dealt with the squeaky wheel, the whiny child, and the hurricane of chaos these things instill.

I love my family, I am the proud father of four girls, and someday they will be great women. I was practically raised by my Grandmother, and sometimes I think the generations skipped a beat on the morality treadmill. I know how to wash dishes, mop floors, and clean all the nooks crannies, better than most the women I've ever met. I can also design, build and remodel better than most men I've ever met.

But really that has nothing to with gender at all, and everything to with who one is as an individual. And that's the point. It's not about gender at all. When you pretend it is... your falling right into the trap. The trap of divisiveness.

So let the haters of life try and divide and conquer, I can not be divided.

I am glad you are happy. I hope it stays that way.

I have raised kids too. And built homes. And washed floors, cooked, painted and built extensions and gardens and furniture and pergolas and ponds and ... and... and.... and all the rest. Quite a domesticated chap - learned the hard way while in the military. I have raised two kids and put a wife through years and years of full-time school, college and University right up to her PhD. All with enthusiasm.

Things can change overnight and you can lose it all in a moment. Our society gives woman a shotgun and when her hormones flip, you are buggered.

So, what is your point?

If you really believe that, it is likely that a rude awakening is around the corner waiting for you.

Similarly to Percy, I've seen much (but not as much) as he has. I helped my wife get much of her coursework done, yet when I asked for help with my coursework I was a slacker and useless. I looked after the home and it wasn't good enough. etc. etc.

You may be a lucky fella, you may not be.

That's exactly right. It is justice at the point of a gun, which is not justice at all.

I know it has little to do with gender. And I understand your pain. I have been through it, over and over. I have dealt with the root of the issue, and it is a sick mad twirling Medusa! Yet when we fall into the trap of the divisiveness this ideology tries to instill, we lose.

You sound like the God of a malevolent universe, but as long as you have these on your side: "true egalitarianism, fairness, justice and responsibility" you may make it through to benevolence.

You may want to find yourself some responsible husbandry to do... children have a lot to offer, and you have a lot to offer them.

Of course children attempt to kick, scream, whine and cutely manipulate their way to fulfill there perceived wants and needs. But a simmering rational rebuke or psychological penning of boundaries can often set them straight.
