Just a quiet dude here from the midwest US. Probably I'm going to mostly be lurking here. I think the best way to wake up western guys out of their long sleep is for them to travel. Non-western females are the greatest! I read Glenn Sacks almost daily. I think I will be spending a lot of time here too.   | |||

Welcome Travelinman. Tentatively. Back when, and even today in some parts, a new Trade Guild member - having completed his apprenticeship - was sent on his way. He was not allowed to return to his town for three years and a day. He was a Journeyman. He was obliged to be attentive and workmanlike; find his places to ply his skills and develop a sound reputation. He had to 'prove' himself. His behaviour reflected upon his Masters and his town of origin. This is a place to do that. I hope the 'Midwest' is sending out good chaps. I have tried all my life to leave the place better than I found it. But there are 6 billion other buggers out there messing it up. I am outnumbered. But...
