Jolly Stansby sentenced to Two months prison

Fathers 4 Justice activist Jolly Stanesby was today sentenced for two months in jail today for a rooftop protest at the home of Deputy Prime Minister Harriett Harman.

Fellow protestor Mark Harris was given a conditional discharge.

Members of the group, which had disbanded in September of this year, said they would be staging further protests on the Minister's roof and at the Prime Ministers home in Kirkaldy & Cowdenbeath within the week at protest at what they described as a 'politically conceived show trial.'

Said Mark Harris from court 'I am shocked that Mr Stanesby has been imprisoned and know that fellow campaigners will be taking his place on Miss Harman's roof within days if not hours. The court has made a serious error in committing him to prison and in doing so incited angry dads to take further direct action.'

'If the government messes with our right to family life, then they should be assured that this will also apply to them.'

Said retired F4J Founder Matt O'Connor, 'This was a politically motivated prosecution where protestors have been smeared as terrorists. The fact is that the Harmans conceived their departure from their property as a political response to our protest and stage managed a press conference to coincide with that departure.'

'That Harriet Harman can't go out for a walk in her constituency without a knife proof flack jacket demonstrates that her latent dislike and prejudice against fathers has manifested itself into a social evil that affects everyone.'

'Jolly Stanesby and Mark Harris enjoyed massive public support for their protest and performed a serious public duty in raising awareness about the consequences of mass fatherlessness and the hypocrisy of Ministers who have engaged in a perversion in the course of natural justice to deny a generation of children the right in law to see their fathers. No doubt direct action will flow from this decision.'

'The only person who should be in prison today is the Deputy Prime Minister.'

Important Update on Harriet Harman Roof-Top Protests by Mark Harris & Jolly Stansby

1) Jack Dromey claimed in court that a) He has had to fit high security gates at the front of his house because of our protest. Does anyone live near 1, Winterbrook Road, SE24 that can check this out by Wednesday?

If he lied, then he's committied perjury-with a copper in the court!

Also, he claims he's had to fit frosted glass above his front door since we visited, which blocks the sun out.

Has he? Would love to know!

2) Dromey said our protest has distressed him and that distress stilll is ongoing. Looks like the second protest he had didn't make any difference then?

In court Dromey was cool, calm, arrogant and quite happy in himself. The Police Officer, DC Phillips, who took his statement from him the day after our protest saw this and when asked about Dromey's demeanor the day after our protest said he was just the same then as when he gave his evidence.

3) Dromey in his statement, confirmed in evidence, that he heard loud banging upon his roof at 7.30am on 8/6/08. He said this lasted about 90 seconds, then the door bell rang followed by a phone call telling him F4J were on his roof, where his wife immediately called the Police on 999. Dromey repeated in court when asked about this, he confirmed this whole episode lasted 3-4 minutes maximum.

Police records show the phone call to them was made at 8.50am, a whole 1 hour twenty minutes after Dromey heard the banging.

Just what did Harman/Dromey get up to during this one hour, twenty minutes?

Was the banging we heard from the rooftop at about 8.45 am Harman and Dromey? [what a disgusting thought!]

Will Judge Daphne Wickham, Deputy Magistrate in City of Westiminster Magistrates buy this crap from Dromey on Wednesday?????

Quite probably, because he's married to a [dreadful] Government Minister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is 'misandry' and what is 'anti-misandry'?

Misandry is the hatred of males as a sex, as opposed to misogyny, the hatred of women; or misanthropy, hatred of the human species. Misandry comes from misos (Greek μῖσος, "hatred") + andr-ia (Greek anér-andros, "man"). Those holding misandric beliefs can be of either sex. Thus it holds to common sense that Anti Misandry is to work toward removing misandry from our culture.

 

Can you give me some demonstrations of misandry?

Sure. Have a look at the second-wave feminist view of men for an example. Valerie Solanas, the radical feminist who shot Andy Warhol in 1968, provides a famous example of misandry in her self-published SCUM Manifesto. In case you're wondering, SCUM is an acronym for 'Society for Cutting Up Men', practically a call for gendercide, the culling of men. Quite literally, Solanas expressed her desire to "institute complete automation and destroy the male sex."

 

Wow, this is pretty bad stuff - what can I do about misandry?

For one thing, you can stop accepting it as a 'way of life'. Once upon a time, respect was a two-way street. These days it is more a one-way street where men are demanded to be respectful to women (even those who do not earn, or even try to earn it) while simultaneously disrespect of men is expected, condoned, perpetuated and even taught. You can make a difference by refusing to live this way.

 

Did you just say misandry is 'taught'?

Yes, that's right! The next time you switch on the television, count how many programmes have the token 'stupid boyfriend' or 'abusive husband' or 'paedophilic father' figure. Switch over to a children's channel / time window and watch how many cartoons or programmes reflect 'silly daddy' characters or 'bullying big brother'. Don't forget, of course, nearly all the women in these same programmes will be smart, sexy, sassy and full of beans, capable of juggling a career lifestyle with children, a husband and a social circle - let's not forget that she's undoubtedly a wonderful cook and always remembers everybody's birthdays. If these images are being constantly spread out over our airwaves, what does that tell our children who are growing up watching & learning daily, hourly, that men are just so stupid, abusive and ... well, useless?

 

So is it more feminism's fault, or the media's fault?

A lot of both, but neither would be able to indoctrinate our youth without the support of.... the government.

 

Ahh - yes. The government. Tell me about their involvement?

Well, they positively support and enforce feminist programmes of anti-male bias.

 

Uh?

Think 'Violence Against Women Act' - notice something wrong in that? Notice how violence against men or children is not mentioned? VAWA implies, through it's title alone, that men are the primary perpetrators of violence - despite 30 years of research and in excess of 130 scientific studies proving that intimate partner violence is roughly mutual. Time and time again, the results say the same "men and women are equally violent towards one another". And yet, when feminists demand preferential treatment or additional 'rights', the government promptly delivers, like a good boy.

There is a movie that a father's rights advocate just created called, "A Father's Rights." The movie is very professionally made, with Hollywood-grade quality. The trailer alone is compelling drama, and it presents the perspective of the father favorably as he navigates the insanity of the family court and his abusive Ex. Based on the trailer, I would say that the acting is also superb, and the footage captures not just the political aspects surrounding the father's rights cause, but also the sexual dynamics between men and women. This movie appears to be spot-on. I am amazed that something of this quality is being produced by someone sympathetic to our underfunded movement. But for once, we have someone with a gift for cinematic story telling who has stuck out his neck and made a film that is worthy of our support.

We need to be blogging about this movie. I also believe it's worth every penny for each and every one of us to consider buying a copy. What an outstanding contribution to the father's movement.

You know, every time I see a pink ribbon campaign I get pissed off. Oh sure, some would say; “if you knew someone that survived or even died from breast cancer, you’d think differently.” Well, I have, I do, and I still feel the same thank you very much.

Recently, I was ‘discussing’ yet again, the disparity in research, care, and funding for men’s health issues. And of course, the subject of breast cancer being the #2 killer of all female creatures on the planet, whereas #1 being the patriarchy itself…

Tired of the bullshit ‘facts’ thrown around, I decided to waste some of my time researching the actual FACTS from two major sources, that of the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the NCI (National Cancer Institute).

Oh sure, I already knew that there was a significant disparity, but I wanted ALL THE FACTS. The how many’s and how muches, so to speak.

As with any “official statistical gathering”, there is always missing years. Why? I haven’t a clue. We are in 2008, yet there is very little concrete numbers more current than 2006/07.

Anyhow, without further ado, here is what I have found. By the way, I took the time to find this information, if you want to argue it, feel free, but look it up yourself. I aint your research bitch.

ACTUAL AND REAL NUMBERS on the disparity in research, education and treatment of two prevalent gender specific cancers; Prostate Cancer and (Female) Breast Cancer specifically.

Information from the 2006 NCI (National Cancer Institute) Fact Book:

Total budgeted dollars spent from 2002 - 2006 overall:
Male – 1.4 Billion
Female – 2.78 Billion - Almost twice the amount.

**Research dollars spent in 2006 alone on two gender specific cancers:
Male Prostate Cancer – 293.2 Million
Female (only) Breast Cancer – 584.7 Million - Again, almost twice the amount.
