Where is the New Posts button?

I noticed that there is no New Posts button in a window on the left side. This used to be in the top of the forums. There's also no Links button (to other websites) in a window on the left side.

Yep, bola's got it right... I dunno exactly why things are the way they are but I gave up at about 4am and went beddybyes... Anyways, I'm back on it now.
