Rather than helping such passed out girls to a chair, or loading them into a car to be driven home or to an emergency room, its advisable in a climate of easy accusation to just put orange highway cones around a girl passed on in the street so she’s less likely to be run over by a car, and not move her out of traffic. Such action might be used as the basis for a rape accusation.
