Hm... if this was Britain's government, any commission would be a farce. In America, it'll be largely ineffective. But it WILL bring men's rights to a position of 'oh, these guys actually need rights', instead of 'dont you guys have it good enough?'. From there, we can start an honest coversation. The 'commission' would be a huge failure if it happened, get infiltrated by feminazis, etc, but the message would be delivered. The man on the street will start thinking, and mass thought is the part of the cure for ailing civilization. We've already achieved mass action ("marriage strike", the subconscious and independently-arrived-at conclusion of many men that marrying is not in their interest), and hopefully policy change will follow.
