Despite the fact that Arizona has already banned public funding for abortion, Governor Jan Brewer signed an even more restrictive bill that bars funding to any organization that provides abortions — namely Planned Parenthood.
Of course, Planned Parenthood and other groups like it do a whole lot more than abortions. But that's irrelevant, according to Brewer, who released a statement explaining why she signed the bill.

The big question is that, if abortions are such a small part of what they provide (like they say), why do they still provide them? They say over and over how much they want to help women (because no one gives a shit about helping men, reporters never seem to question them on that statements), and if the thing preventing them from getting funding is that they provide abortions, then simply not providing abortions would give them more funding. Either they lack basic logical thought process, or are tenaciously clinging on to abortions because abortions actually are so important to them.
