Sex Bid Rebuffed, Woman Hits Man, Is Nailed By Cops | The Smoking Gun“All I want is a piece of ass, is that too much to ask for?”
That’s what Melissa Minarsich said to police last night when they arrived at her Iowa City home in response to a call of a “female out of control.” As detailed by Minarsich, 28, she got into an altercation with her boyfriend “because he would not have sex with her.”
Which prompted Minarsich’s pointed remark to cops about her desire for “ass.”RIP "Lyle Stevik"

Two things:
1. Perhaps a better title would have been "Woman jailed for assault after sex refusal". This is actually good news.
2. Every other comment on the site questions his sexuality. Which is precisely why men do not report assault.

I'm surprised she didn't sue him while she was at it. If the characters were switched however this would be attempted rape and the guy would get a nice 25 years in jail... Im glad to see its getting some attention though.
