Who the fuck does this woman think she is? This is clearly not acceptable behaviour. To have a closed meeting in congress to be exclusionary based on gender is just not cool at all. Pelosi is a flake. Why the fuck else would she call a meeting with female only democratic members other than to come up with some man hate bullshit?

It's bad enough pulling this crap in secret, but to have the brazenness to do this publically shows arrogance and a blatant disregard for the male Democratic members. This doesn't belong in modern politics and such behaviour should be duly noted by others.

The other strange thing is the pointlessness of it all.

What's the point having a meeting with people who just look a bit like you? One's gender or ethnicity doesn't determine one's political position, or interests and activities. Put a load of men and women together at random and there will be plenty of people with next to nothing in common.

I suppose such a party recruits from quite a narrow range of females these days and doesn't tolerate differing views too much so perhaps you could argue they would have more in common than expected, but in true democracy such a meeting wouldn't take place and would serve no purpose.
