From the Daily Mail: Parkies ordered to stop and quiz adults spotted without children

If I decide to go for a walk in the park, or anywhere else, and I'm approached by some two-bit wanker in a blazer asking me why I'm there, he/she will be told to royally fuck off, it's none of their business. They might be encouraged to ask people, but it isn't against the law to tell some nosey arsehole to get the fuck out your face before you knock them out, OK, it might be, but I would definitely put up a fight as to why I was being questioned, and would expect most people to.
It just gives those with name badges a little bit more power to annoy people with.

The madness of government agents never ceases to amaze me. I mean, do bureaucrats and politicians have a secret screwball pool in which they try to see who can come up with the wackiest law each year?

So much evil is done in society in the name of protecting people, especially women and children, that it is unspeakable. I don't really care if this park regulation causes a panic among parents. I care about how this affects the childless, especially men. So if you are childless for whatever reason- barren, tragic death, child kidnapped by criminals, child kidnapped by government (read: criminals), child kidnapped by ex via family court (read: criminals), can't afford children, etc.- then you are barred from enjoying a nature walk in a park that your taxes pay for? Either that or you have to get a criminal background check just to go for a walk! If I weren't so numb already, I would be beside myself with rage.

Just out of curiosity, do the government thugs that enforce this draconian law have to be parents and have their children with them while working in the park? My feeling is that the real reason Western countries are losing their liberties is that agents of the state are trampling on their countries' constitutions in the name of "doing their jobs". They commit an act of treachery every time they enforce such wickedness.

Finally, perhaps we need a new word to describe discrimination against childless people. Parentaphilic? Childism?

If you are minding your own business you cannot be acting suspiciously, but you can be suspected. Only the park keepers are acting suspiciously. To act suspiciously, you must be suspicious of something. The park-keepers are the ones who are suspicious of the others.

Did these Councillors never study Grammar? Silly question.

They should re-name the place 'Nosey Park'.

It reminds me of the Squire who came home unexpectedly and found his wife bonking the gardener. She said, "You are surprised?". He said, "No madam, it is you who are surprised. I am astonished".

I think all blokes that live in Telford should go mill about the Town Park on a regular basis every day until they remove this riduculas state control.
