Parker terrified divorce could leave her broke

Sarah Jessica Parker is terrified a divorce will leave her penniless.

The Sex and the City actress - whose 11-year marriage to actor Matthew Broderick is reportedly on the rocks following allegations he cheated on her with a 25-year-old beauty - is giving her relationship another go because she doesn’t want to lose the multi-million pound fortune she has accumulated.

A source told Look magazine: "Sarah’s family were poor when she was a child. She had seven brothers and sisters and she’s often talked about missing out on birthday presents when she was young.
"It seems she’s freaking out over the thought that Matthew could walk away with an enormous sum of money."

It was recently reported the couple - who have a six-year-old son James Wilkie together - are leading separate lives.
They put a united front on over the festive period for the sake of James, but their Christmas truce is said to have caused further cracks in their relationship.

Another source added: "They spent the holidays pretending to be happy for James."
Sarah, 43, is reported to have earned a staggering £110 million during her career, and her earnings have far outweighed Matthew’s during their union.

Her fee for the upcoming sequel to Sex and the City: The Movie is expected to be around £35 million.

A woman being poor after a divorce, Sweet Jesus, we can't have that happen!
And whose to blame?, a MAN, who else.
Hey, but hang on here aren't divorce settlements supposed to be 50/50??

sounds like she may need some time to do something with all that $$$(hide it)--then maybe she will let him go

Matthew was reportedly doing the ole Mattress Mambo with some twenty five year old Red Head. SJP always was way over rated as an Actress. I never understood why he married her anyway. The Sex In The City, Actress has made minor movies since the series ended. Mostly of the Relationship Genre, aka. "Chick Flicks". Where the "happy ending" is a marriage proposal or a wedding.

One was a thinly disguised attack on Single Men, starring Matthew McConaughey "Failure To Lauch" with Terry Bradshaw, Cathy Bates and others who are A List talent in the movie. It was intended to feed the Female viewpoint that Men who won't "Man up" and Marry Women are flawed or in need of "intervention" to correct their errant thinking. One summer on the Beaches of Rio, in Bangkok, Cebu, or Mexico will quickly change your mind on that idea. Or you can happily hunt in Eastern Europe if that is your thing. The Lovely ladies in Prague, Kiev, Krakow, or Belarus are also an improvement in attitude over their Western Sisters. Caveat Emptor... Let The Buyer Beware.
