    New true-tv series: TV-daddy for your child


    On new true-tv series a woman selects the father of her child from 8 candidates.

    Production company Susamuru currently is seeking partipicants for the tv-series worknamed as: "Biological clock", which is based on the idea that the woman likes to have a child, but necessarily not a man.

    This is not a dating program or a spurious dropout, but a intercourse about a familytypes and parenthood.

    How might the child take it, when the mother tell's him/her how things were? That he or she got born by a result of a true-tv show, by two adults who weren't about to be a couple at the first place.

    Uusi tosi-tv-sarja: Lapselle valitaan isä | Uutiset | Iltalehti.fi (finnish language). There is a poll on this site, which ask's " is it right to choose a father to a child on tv-show". At the moment results are no: 94 %, yes: 6%

    This 'idea' is nothing new.

    People often think single mothers are the result of men "shirking their responsibilities."

    But, a growing number of women, across various demographic groups choose to become pregnant without any further involvement by the unwitting man. The state via the taxpayer then picks up the tab for their choice.

    This is surely a new low. It's a recipe for a messed up child. Anyone who would actively choose to be single parent is a moron in my opinion, but this is just beyond belief. I guess absolutely anything goes for a TV show these days.

    I worry that when my son gets to school age his classmates will think it strange because he'll be the only one in his class with a Daddy.

    I wouldn't surprise. I remember reading, that making of a Father's day cards at the school is banned in some European country or in some areas in that country. Can't remember which country it was.
