Have any of you thought to stop to think this is how many women really are.

The UK had a plauge of "cot deaths", across the world, their is something called the infant mortality rate.

Hope, the problem goes far far deeper than one or two individuals.

Women change after childbirth and I would go so far as to say become slightly mentally unstable and and qucikly "go over the edge" as in this case.

We have to stop looking at it as inidividual cases.

There was a similar incident in Poland this winter - the mother won the support of the prosecutor and was awarded 4000GBP, given a flat and a car - as the authorities saw her an an injured party - the death of baby (murder) was an "accident"!!! Even whne she admitted she had killed the child, the prosecutor would not believe it and it was not until a tabolid took up the story that the police began to properly investigate the death and later found it was pre-mediated murder!
