Re: Man settles first suit over false imprisonment
The American Injustice System, AIS, has no credibility. They frame the nearest convenient man for public display with little or no link between any factual guilt and the persecution of the nearest available scapegoat.
The blue gun thugs does not try to "solve" crimes. They instead search for some convenient man they can blame and convict to "clear" the case and thereafter parade success in the media.
The County Persecutor makes no pretense of justice. Lieyers in the US have not had a goal of justice for many decades. The AIS only seeks to determine which lieyer presented the "best case."
The agent of Satan in black robes of hell is there primarily to send as many men to Auschwitz as possible.
The "crime" labs have been falsifying evidence, producing phony "evidence" and testifying to perjury since their inception.
The jury would convict a ham sandwich if the Prosecutors, blue gun thugs, and judge told them it was "guilty."
The only difference between the man on the street and most convicted "criminals" is that they happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and came under the notice of the illicit machinery of the AIS.
This case is one of the very few where someone has done some actual investigation. It's 2 decades late. It should be done BEFORE they rush to convict whatever man can be framed.
It should not be surprising that a growing number of decent men now stand up and cheer whenever one of their criminal gang gets wasted.
Blessings
