A man doesn’t need to have his penis removed to legally become a woman, according to new order from the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
In a 95-page decision issued April 11, Sheri Price, a vice-chair with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, gave the Ontario government 180 days to “revise the criteria for changing sex designation on a birth registration.” Unless provincial authorities mount an appeal, Ontario will become the first Canadian jurisdiction to toss out genital surgery as a pre-requisite for a legal sex change.

Hmmmm...while this may seem a horrible thing on it's surface, I want you to think about how badly it will stick in the craw of radical feminism and the anti-tans agenda. While it is not a score for us, it is definitely a score against radical feminism. It literally trashes the idea of "wymon born wymon" they have been spouting out for the last 40 years.

If nothing else, i get to sit back and watch them scream in anger and frustration while I enjoy the show. If the Canadian human Rights Commission gets their way, it will not be long before it hits the U.S.....

Imagine the first lawsuits brought up by men claiming to be women demanding that their human rights have been trampled because they are not allowed into Michfest.
Oh! The irony.....it is a direct backdoor into all those precious "women's spaces". HA! Think about that.....going into the next "Curves" all female gym as a male with a birth certificate reading "female"......and then claiming to be a lesbian.......

Yep, the concept that a man can claim to be a woman with his package intact will make a lot of feminists blood boil. Good. What I think is great is that if the feminists try to stop shemales from joining a female only club or institution, they will be branded as bigots against the LGBT movement. What a perfect setup to out the feminists and show their bigotry and misandry.
