Sounds like bullshit to me. She may be saying it has something to do with her fishing in a bikini but more than likely she's being fired for missing 30 days of work instead. That's a lot of time considering the average number of school days in a year is 180.

"She just doesn't come to work," Susan Ranew, assistant superintendent of human resources, told the Post. "We did not know about her second job until after she received her notice of non-renewal."

Now watch, she's going to make a law suit out of this. (Or try to.)

Pathetic. Missing one out of every six work days for an entire year is a pretty bad work record. If she were so concerned about her financial situation (as she claims) she'd have seen fit to show up to work like everybody else.

She lost her job because she wasn't doing her job.

I don't feel at all sorry for her. She's full of it.

I agree. Her display of her wares had nothing to do with her hiring. But now she's trying to make that out to be the case and is playing the poor oppressed woman who happens to be a single mother trying to make ends meet and is being picked on. At the same time, I agree with those that say that her bikini-fishing enterprise is none of anyone's business. She just should be responsible enough to admit her wrongdoing.

Exactly. And if she winds some big money law suit against the school district I'm gonna puke.

    I meant to write:
"Her display of her wares had nothing to do with her being fired."

I am sure he wares had everything to do with her being hired by the fishing company!!

She should accept the fact that it was her absenteeism that lead to her being fired.

Uff! She has some size of melons on her. Anyways back on topic!

If the reason she got sacked was because of being caught in a bikini in her own time I'd definitely feel sorry for her, firing someone for that is plain wrong. However if she got fired for not coming to work that is another story and I'd say she deserved it. From the sounds of it she is a chancer looking to cash in on being sack. I'd like to say she hasn't a hope in hell but I'd probably be wrong.
