Gloria Allred has sent a letter to Denise Nieman, the County Prosecutor in West Palm Beach, Florida, on behalf of the Women’s Equal Rights Legal Defense and Education Fund, asking for an investigation into whether Rush Limbaugh violated Florida defamation law when he called Sandra Fluke a "slut" and a "prostitute." Allred cites Section 836.04 of Florida Statute, which says that "whoever speaks of and concerning any woman, married or unmarried, falsely and maliciously imputing to her a want of chastity, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree."

This is why we need to support Limbaugh. Aldred et al are turning this into a sex v. sex thing as this is the feminists month, look her for tags such as Slut or /Slut Walk and repost the information, girls have done it themselves, Feminazis are attacking Limbaugh for doing what girls have done. The more we let feminists steam roll men the more we should be prepared for reduced liberties for males of any age.

Support Limbaugh, NO. He went way over the line by calling her a slut.

Support free speech, yes. The First Amendment protects us against IMPRISONMENT for calling someone a slut.

She should instead go after Bill Maher and Rhandi Rhodes. In case y'all haven't heard, Rhodes suggested that conservative women need to have their ovaries ripped out.

But I know that those two will never get thrown under the bus.............................

This is why every bill should be read before it becomes law. I'm sure this Easter egg (if it actually exists) came with something bigger like an anti DV law or something. If it is fully real.... WOW!

Funny how loons like this have no issue with using archaic laws that missed updating/editing (clue is the talk of a woman's chastity).. Yet if you read some of the other statutes, you can see that they were obviously updated with the his/her "gender parity" crap...

I agree that the law should be repealed (if it isn't already amended by some covering law that made all prior laws gender neutral).

However, I don't think many people these days would want to - or could even claim to - be chaste. It's just not 'cool' to be chaste, for most meanings of the word.
