Illinois man who spent 32 years in prison set free
Andre Davis, a Chicago man who spent 32 years in prison, was released after charges against him were dismissed by the prosecution. Davis, who was convicted of raping and murdering a three-year old girl in 1980, was effectively exonerated by DNA evidence that showed the blood and semen stains found at the scene of the crime were not his.
