There are some BS points here and there, but overall I do not think the timeline will be too far off at all:

By mid 2100 the world transforms from paternalistic (male controlled) world
into maternalistic (female controlled) world.

Maternalistic world reaches its extreme in century 2200 and undergoes
another transformation by the paternalistic side before settling into genderless
world consensus which prevails as social framework for the next three
centuries.

A matriarchal marriage is a marriage where the wife is considered to be the
head of the household and the sole source of employment-related income. Also in
a matriarchal marriage, the husband takes the wife's surname, i.e. Ms. and Mr.
Jane Doe instead of Mr. and Mrs. John Smith.

The first recorded matriarchal marriage was during the year 2001 in
Ohio where Joseph Harkless and Christina Ellison became Ms. and Mr. Christina
Ellison. By the year 2030, all married persons under the age of 35 will be
expected to be in a matriarchal marriage, including the illustrious Dr. Marlene
VanGoethem, a scientist who is discovering ways to terraform Mars and
Venus.

By the 22nd century, a matriarchal society will be a world-wide federal
government run completely by women and men will have no civil rights (except to
donate their semen for use in artificial wombs to breed children) as punishment
for declaring thousands of "uncivilized conflicts between fellow human beings".
This movement started in the year 2001 when the world's first matriarchal
marriage was historically recognized around the world. Ms. and Mr. Christina
Ellison would later become trailblazers to marriages across the 21st century and
beyond. Since only a patriarchal society would be neo-puritanical, a matriarchal
society would pose no restrictions on sexuality or dating, and would be
considered to be libertarian and hedonistic by late 20th century
standards.

A patriarchal society is the direct opposite of a matriarchal society. By
the year 2100, all patriarchal societies will be abolished along with the
Christianity, Judaism, and Islam it helped to develop. Patriarchal societies
started in Western civilization when men started to herd and slaughter cattle in
enclosed walls. Prior to 2500 B.C., human civilization was dominated by women
and they were stronger and more assertive then men (female shamans always
enforced peace between the tribes).

Then around that time, barbaric warlike patriarchal societies moved in,
conquered the civilized peaceful matriarchal societies and altered history to
their advantage, thus ending the 1st Age of Enlightenment and starting an age of
profound darkness that stretched even to our present day. During these dark
ages, children were introduced to their world by their father’s surname and not
their mother’s and the real estate of a marriage were considered to belong
exclusively to the husband, not the wife. In addition to all this, a patriarchal
society encourages husbands to steal if they cannot afford it and desperately
need it instead of allowing the wife to make more money than the husband.
Everyone was matriarchal until the great fertile regions of the prehistoric
world started to dry out, resulting humanity to discover violence, crime,
hatred, and patriarchy.

As of a result of a matriarchal society, men would no longer be allowed
to own property as early as the 2020s.

It's something which I think will be a watershed, and already in a virtual sense there are serious restrictions on male rights to property ownership. They are nowhere near as complete and absolute as female rights to property ownership. For example, after a dissolution marriage of marriage through the Feminist No-Fault Divorce System, the State systematically confiscates his assets, including his property, and transfers them to the female party. This occurs as a rule, with absolute force and coercion coming down on the man who refuses to conform.

Male property rights are in continual decline, as Feminism/Matriarchy increases, and not only will most property be in female hands by 2020 because of SWT (Systematic Wealth Transfer) and socio-economics; but any male entitlement to own property will probably by this time be rescinded.

Preceding all of the above of course comes the work of our familiar friends, whatever you want to call them; the Femcunts, the Femishits, the Female Supremacists, or as they are officially known, the Feminists. They work in a movement called Feminism; more accurately referred to as Feminism/The Women's Movement, or Feminism/The Movement to Establish Matriarchy.

women the same civil rights as men. Whether it be voting rights in a third world
country or equal employment opportunities, feminists have lead the way for women
to become corporate executive, lawyers, and even sports athletes.

with a fist inside of it. Television shows in the late 1960s and early 1970s
have made comedic gestures about women's lib, but later shows have accepted it
into their daily life. Some women's liberation movement people even believe that
God is female.

The future of women's lib is bright. Although temporarily blamed for
the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, New York, U.S.A.,
feminists are succeeding in slowly transforming the world into a matriarchal and
maternalistic world where a man's place is to be obedient to his wife and to be
a househusband in the kitchen and home. Eventually, men will be stripped of
their rights to vote, to run for political office, and to own land and real
estate because of their warmongering ways.

Once men's voting rights are taken away, it will be in short order that they are soon viewed by women (as well as themselves) as nothing more than livestock, to be tended to and used by their mistresses as their see fit. Very quickly, men's role in human society will be relegated to that of slave. The vast majority of men will not be viewed as fit to breed, with only a VERY select handful being used for breeding purposes. This will not be a future maternalistic society that many men fantasize about! Most men will be used as laborers. Men will be required to work constantly or face replacement. For this first generation of de-liberated men, life will be terrible, as their sexual drive will continue to drive them to please women, while women exploit this weakness and achieve ever higher demands upon them. The end of this generation of men will come about when women begin to use castration, and threats of castration, on their men. Like so many other fads that women follow, castration will sweep like a wave upon society, with ever more brutal forms being implemented. Eventually, women will bore of the incessant desires of their men chattel, and will begin using computer models of infant male babies to accurately predict their potential sexual appeal and work performance traits when they reach adulthood. This will be the beginning of the second generation of de-liberated men. This second wave of change will be primarily characterize by the routine medical full emasculation of male babies at birth. Only the finest specimens of male human will be allowed to be a part of the reproductive cycle. Indeed, the role of breeder, contrary to present-day male fantasies, will not be one of running around servicing hundreds of females. A breeder will be semi-permanently strapped to a electro-hydraulic milking machine, his semen mechanically and hydraulically extracted from his body in a continuous (and most certainly not pleasant) process. He will never meet a single one of his hundreds-of-thousands of children, and they will be raised by an endless sea of emasculated men.

A less distateful male role (compared to laborer or breeder) during this generation may be that of sexual consort. Once again, it isn't going to be a pretty situation for the male. The sexual consort will be required and expected to perform sexual acts upon the female (and any of her friends, coworkers, peers, or superiors) at their will and at their command. His ability to freely achieve ejaculation or erection will have been neutered since birth, having had his testicle removed (but not his penis). His ability to have an erection will be controlled entirely by remotely-controlled drug-release implants in his body. The remote controls, finally, will be in the hands of women. These men will be psychologically trained to be embarrased and humiliated by their erections, and will think that their only hope of achieving release from this horrible state is to satisfy the women with the remote, the women with the remote being the sole provider of their "cure". These men will surely have their optic nerves severed at birth in order to inhibit any retained primordial sexual-visual responses and bahaviors. They will have been raised with an understanding of language, but will have no possible means of communicating back to their trainers, having had their vocal chords removed as well. Their only knowledge will be that, once the throbbing and aching in their groins begins, the only way to make the discomfort go away is by arching their back forcefully 500 times or more in rapid succession, so that the engorged member repeatedly penetrates the warm moist area. For them, there will be no pleasure, only a respise from the pain and discomfort.

Laborers will have a very difficult life, indeed. They will be required to perform all of the dirtiest and riskiest activities of human life. Manual labor will be their forte, but their safety will be of little concern. Many of them will be missing fingers, hands, feet, etc., and many will be burned quite severly. They will also be used for tissue and organ growth vehicles, as well as fetus carriers (their masculine hormones long since gone, and female hormones injected in them as required for the job they are assigned). They will be used in sport, much as the romans used Christians and lions. One popular sport will be akin to pin the tail on the donkey, but with a twist - certain men with unusually large male organs will not be emasculated. They will, instead, spend their adolescent lives training and developing their muscles for the sport. Once in the ring, they will find themselves facing a hundred or more emasculated males, all with the intent and sole purpose of removing and taking possession of the only penis and testicles in the ring. The winner gets the won equipment surgically attached to himself, and wins a 5-year vacation wherein he gets to use his new equipment on all the emasculated slaves that his heart desires. This will be the male's sole hope of liberation, akin to becoming a miovie star, having his own slaves and getting to live almost as finely as a woman.

Id say it was written by a man myself. They are just extrapolating current Feminist/Matriarchal trends into the future, plotting out their progression.
