    Feminist Slams Single-Sex Schooling

Cites the classic feminist "Government can't do this" in the process:

"Government has no business segregating by sexes."

That's a quote from Libertarian/Leftist Lenora Lapidus of the ACLU. (Click here to go directly to the quote.)

    Kind of a RebelliousVanilla-type character.

"Government can't do this, Government can't do that! Who cares if it makes sense and solves problems!"

"You can't do it because it doesn't suit my agenda!"

Single-sex schools produce positive results but RebelliousVanilla-alike Lenora Lapidus sues them in attempt to shut them down.

I support single-sex education. If fathers lived up to their sole responsibility over their children's training, kids would not have the same distractions due to the opposite sex as they would at home, from siblings, especially from age 10. Sadly, most fathers are either prevented by family court, or they simply fail to pick up the ball, to live their responsibility in this lifelong part of their posterity. Homeschool rocks!

    - Homeschooled kid with an AA, a BA, an MA and a JD, eight kids plus one in the oven.

PS - Let CPS or the ACLU sue me, I'll bill them for my time.

Homeschooling strikes me as a great idea, if the parents have the resources.

How was your experience with it?

The same Mz. Lapidus that sues single-sex schools has no problem with the Violence Against Women Act, which allows the arrest of men with no evidence or trial whatsoever!

That's the Libertarian/Leftist ACLU for you. In recent years they release a statement that VAWA is 100% acceptable.

So much for their shallow "Government can't do this" rhetoric.

    trendy education

at my local elementary school they followed a system of teaching reading where students learned to read by osmosis - you provided nice libraries with beautiful books placed kids near them and by and by they could read !

    they ! hoped

unfortunately i saw my sons and daughters reading skills just didn't take off so i taught them myself at home phonetically - like I learned to read

I had them point to the words and say the sounds and corrected them if required

the same with the new age mathematics

the only way to learn mathematics is by doing exercises and that is what I prompted my son and daughter to do with my assistance

I have certificates for the final year in mathematics for senior High School which I done as an external student to 2 unit level

so i taught them the old way the sure and tried and successful way not the feel good way favoured by the feminit teachers with their Pinko union

currently my son and I are working through the final exam papers at the junior high level and he does most of the questions without assistance

my opinion of the new age trendy education system is basically it is not worth pissing on
