It seems like a lot of BS smoke and mirrors. Those pretty charts prove nothing. They want to make it about sexism so bad, but it's really not. It's just the reality. I don't see a lot of women at the jobs I take. If I do, they're working in an office, or... if they're actually doing the same work I'm doing. They're usually very masculine women. Only certain women are willing to take certain jobs.
