Can someone decipher the punchline for me? Apparently I am getting deafer (ouch) by the day.....
The men's and fathers' movement needs to make sure it never sees females as the enemy,
but only misandry--whether from females or from males.
If not, we'll become like the bigoted feminists that this movement was formed to oppose.

brunette: "I'm the highest paid engineer in the company."
blonde: "That's impossible, the average woman earns less."
    (thereby proving her stupidity)
brunette: "Suddenly the problem comes into focus."
(stupidity is why many women would earn less)

I don't think it was about her being stupid.. it was about the fact that she was nattering/yapping while others were working.

Not being pedantic, but it gets exposed at 23 seconds (the rest is advertising).

if wimyn earned 75C for the $1 a man earns for the same job why wouldn't the company employ all wimyn and save 25% in wages expense

...because women would cost more than the 25 cents per hour saved. Truly, women take more time off, use the company medical insurance more often and spend more time gossiping than men do.

In other words, they cost the company more to employ them than men do.

She was stupid, though, to have such a piss poor understanding of what the word "average" means. I'm pretty sure it was that stupidity the brunette was reacting to when she said, "Suddenly the problem comes into focus," though nattering and yapping may be the icing on the cake.
