Earlier today, Roni sent me her husband's story:

I wanted to share with you, that I am a woman against Paternity Fraud! In Iowa, my husband was victimized by Paternity Fraud, not once, but twice! By 2 mother's, who knew he was not the father of their children, when they made the claim to DHS/CSRU.

My husband is a good hearted soul, who believed he was taking responsibility for children he believed he had fathered. He had no idea, the mother's of these children were lying until the DNA test results!

The first mother, sought my husband for support of her child, but allowed the biological father to be recorded as the father on the birth records while for 19 years my husband was ordered by the courts to pay support, to both biological parent's of the child, and the second mother fought us, for a full year when my husband was DISESTABLISHING PATERNITY with her child, she claimed her child would be bastardized, and that she would be devastated if child support payments stopped, she was allowed to raise support, by $245 a month even after knowing the results of the paternity testing!

As a mother of 3, I couldn't fathom lying to my child about who their father was, to collect child support! I have made waves here in Iowa, with regards to paternity fraud, as to how this could be allowed, I am contacting all Iowa lawmakers to fix broken child support laws!

The state made the claim that it was my husband's punishment to continue to pay support to these mother's, because he did not contest paternity of the child when he was sought for support initially. However, after ruffling the feather's of Senator Tom Harkin, who saw it was wrong that my husband would be made to pay support for a child, who's biological father had been recorded on the child's birth certificate! The state of Iowa DHS/CSRU, agreed to stop the garnishment of my husband's wages, but has done nothing to hold these mother's accountable in anyway for committing paternity fraud!

Meanwhile that nice guy proves the adage. Nice guys finish last, with depleted pockets and a diminished trust in women, the courts and politics.

So, what the fuck has he DONE ABOUT IT! Where's the legislation to jail these women? Where's the legislation to jail the C$A people who acted so wickedly?
