Is there some sort of central repository that can help someone to research these issues for themselves? I.E:
Lists the bills passed:
Proposed bills.
Voting records.
Statistical analysis of bills.
studies and how they where conducted.

Anyone care to recommend some good books/websites on:
How the UK parliament works.
How Democracy works.
Non biased history.
Political ideology.
Understanding statistics.
Understanding scientific method .
Writing.
Reading scientific papers.

Democracy doesn't work.

It lurches from one crisis caused by ignorance to the next caused by popular consent by the apathetic.

Science is a religious movement with arcane runes and a priesthood, busy sacrificing millions on a stone altar and demanding public monies on a vast collection plate.

History is a convoluted fantasy that tries to explain inhuman events committed by apes struggling their way to sentience.
