It is not about pleasing me,or not as the case may be,though i will not start wagging my tail because we have been thrown a few crumbs from the altar of women,if this happend in the west,i would be more positive,yet i can see this happening even here in a couple of years,and it will not be that they have seen the error of their ways.

OK I’m generally with you on that cos I can’t see myself wagging my tail until there is equality and I don’t see that I my life time. But from small acorns do great oaks grow and I’d rather see something starting than nothing. It’s far from taking us to the soap factory.

Imagine that, that was a pretty cold gust of wind for them feminists.
And from their own quarter too.

I have been trying to pay some attention to what is going on in India and I have surmized that Indian women are on to the feminists bullshit in a big way. Some of the most outspoken opposition to feminism comes from women in that country.

Bravo to the women of India for waking up, no matter what caused them to see the light.

We can but hope that a similar stance is taken elsewhere, particularly in the West, but I doubt it...

Some of the female opposition comes from a point of vested interest (so depressingly familiar). That is, since feminists influenced the Indian government to introduce 498a Dowry Act in 1984, misuse of it by conniving women and corrupt officials could now affect whole families rather than just the male, as previously.

Yep... makes me almost wonder if it's neccesary for the government to become so crazy that they cross the line to make it possible to convict whole families here as well. That way, women can not escape the incarcecation inflicted by the system thanks to the lies of their 'sisters'. They can not evade the fact that they 'got nipped in the butt because a male relative of theirs was unfairly incarcecated and with that, them too'.

Thing is the fact that this vested interest of theirs helps a cause I support and stand for as a man's voice is pretty much always unheard whereas that of a woman is not ignored so much. Nevertheless, I do feel severely dissapointed (to put it lightly) for the lack of genuine sympathy women have for men in general... it's certainly much less than that wich men had for women, that is for sure.
